Flug gebucht, der dann von Tarom verschoben wurde, so dass ich den Flug nicht antreten konnte. Ich habe ein Email der Firma erhalten, dass das Geld innerhalb von 90 Tagen auf dem Konto ist. Seither warte ich seit über einem halben Jahr. Finger weg von Tarom. Kaum gebucht erhält man schon das Verschiebedatum und Geld gibt es keines zurück.

Their customer support service is horrible! Nobody would reply to your emails or pick up your phone calls. I also tried to find a Tarom agency in my city to discuss with a representative face-to-face, but when I got there, I saw a notification on the entrance door reading "closed to the public due to the coronavirus". They replied to me on Facebook at least, but when they did, their answer sounded rude and sarcastic even though I politely requested some information. I recommend everyone to avoid this shame of a company.

Tarom SUCKS!!! I had a Covid ticket. It’s been more than 5 weeks since i’ve been waiting to get my credit ticket confirmed. Nobody picks the phone at customer service, they dont provide feedback, nothing. I will never use them again, and i am a Romanian.

This is a joke. I've been trying to call them (30 times in two days) and nobody is picking up! I have to take my pet onboard with me and there's no one to make that reservation for us.

They cancelled my flight on the 24th of December 2020. They didn't say why! In the email it was recommended to contact them by email or phone. To my email no one bother to answer anyway. The phone number provided, I rang initially few times but no one answered until started to ring as busy line and voice mail. This was 2 weeks ago, and since then every time I'm calling it's going straight to the busy tone.
This company it's a SHAME for my country! They behave exactly like a SCAM! Took my money quickly and then found them nowhere! Everything is close and no one is to be found. Even with claiming the flight they couldn't do anything as it was blamed the airport.
AVOID this company as much as u can!!

If I could give a 0 star rate or - I would.
They canceled my flight back in march and since then I did not see my money or anything back.
They are totally ignoring my emails and any other type of communication.
They are steeling money without been held to account by anyone!
Absolute disaster i will never recommend you to book with them.

It took 8 months to get a refund. Lack of respect, communication and professionalism.

Haven't received my refund for a June flight cancelled due to Covid. Several Tarom reps told me it will be refunded by the end of 2020. Contacted them again since it's 3 days until the end of 2020 and I am being told the refund time frame was just an estimation, not a certainty. I've dealt with both low costs and standard airlines during this pandemic and they took their time on refunding, but eventually they did while still answering phone calls and emails. Instead, Tarom stopped answering emails and their phone numbers are no longer functional.

I was patiently waiting for 3 month for my refund for a cancelled booking knowing that every airline has a difficult time, but now is a 5th month and it seems they don't give a *** about me or others.

after i refused to go onboard because of the quarantine they marked me as no show and now for over five months they refuse to return my money

Cancelled my trip immediately after booking. They clearly knew about not being able to provide the transfer but still went ahead and grabbed my money. I have to wait 3-4 months, according to them, before receiving a refund.

Stil wiating since the 30 of april to be refund for 4 tockets of cancelled flights. The flights were cancelled by the company. They have wrote us that we wil be refund without giving a date. So actually on the 10 of August we are still waiting. 4 tickets for the flight from Bucarest to Barcelona on the 1 of May, 2020. Flight number RO 0421.

Relatii cu clientii PRAF! Schimba terminalele de plecare si sosire fara sa anunte clientii!! Daca faceti reclamatii o sa vi se inchida telefonul in nas !
Asta fiindca li se permite de la conducere! AM FACUT rezervare pe terminalul 4 heathrow si imediat am rezervat loc de parcare ptr masina pe acelasi terminal! Cu doua zile inainte de plecare cand am verificat biletul observ ca zborul nu mai este dupa terminal 4 ... se mutase pe terminalul 2 care este la 6-7 km distanta !Reclamatii pe site daca faceti ...nu primiti mail de confirmare sau NR referinta! SPER CA CINEVA DIN CONDUCERE SA CITEASCA SI SA REMEDIEZE PROBLEMELE! COMPANIA TAROM ESTE O COMPANIE NATIONALA SI NU PRIVATA!!

Our family has flown with TAROM now since 1995. We have always been very satisfied concerning service and punctuality. And rebooking our flights because of cancellation during the Corona-period was a 5 minutes phonecall. Thank you, multumesc TAROM!

I really love this company and I choice them to fly every time I have occasion.
Due the COVID 19 my flight from London has been cancelled and after 2 weeks full of stress with Opodo (booking agency) Tarom sort me in less than hour by making me a rebooking without any extra charge.
The service in airplane is very good and Tarom has one of the best pilots in Europe and very professional flight attendants, having the hold luggage as standard in the cheapest ticket is a nice touch as well.

They have assisted me with changes to my flights without any problem even though they were purchased through agencies that charged $50 to adjust some dates when Tarom helped me in 1 minute.

They also provide full refunds rather than forcing you to get vouchers. Well done!
