Great training given in house by Claire and Ralph. They were so supportive guiding my colleagues and myself through the course. Great people doing a great job helping people develop thier management skills and we are truly thankful!

I have just completed a Management and Leadership Training Course led by Claire and Ralph and what a transformational course it has been!
I completed the modules in-house over a 6-month period, with one-to-one coaching sessions in between, which enabled me to put the theory into practice and evolve as a Manager and Leader in my role.
Claire and Ralph are exceptional trainers who ensure that the content is tailored. They bring the theory to life by engaging at every stage and applicable to real situations.
The evolution from when I started, to my final presentation demonstrating what I have learnt has been huge. I've gained so much as a Manager, Leader and as a person, I would highly recommend this course.
Thank you to Claire and Ralph for your knowledge, patience and motivation to keep improving and I hope to work with you again soon!

The training sessions are truly so fun and informative, Ralph has a way to make the sessions engaging and he is honestly so inspiring and amazing at what he does. I never knew I had nerves regarding public speaking as I’ve never had to do it up until this point but in the few days spent with him he’s helped me to overcome it completely and I genuinely look forward to putting everything he taught me into practise.

This was a fantastic course led by Ralph Moody. I learnt so much over the two days that I am now able to put into practice. Ralph was knowledgable, approachable and extremely talented. Attended fantastic coaching course this week with Claire. From the outset she created a warm, engaging and collaborative atmosphere for the team. Great materials and lots of opportunities to practice what we were learning. Claire brings a wealth of knowledge and experience which is fantastic.

Great training and felt very natural. I managed to open up and take all the feedback onboard.
By the end of the second day, I was already putting in practice all the areas of improvement and felt really good and fluent to coach someone.

What a great course! I would highly recommend the Exec Coaching Skills to anyone looking to enhance their coaching attributes.

From the start, Claire and Ralph were supportive and patient during the course onboarding process. Payment was secure and easy and I soon received detailed and clear instructions on what to expect for the week.
Claire is a superb master coach and her ability to improve you is second to none. The course material and activities were well paced and I came away each day having learnt a lot and eager to develop my skills the next day. There was lots of variety in terms of practical training and I now feel so much more confident knowing I can make an impact.
Moving forward, I now have access to a wealth of online training material for 12 months, alongside some virtual calls and coaching. For anyone unsure, then trust me that it’ll be money well spent.

Excellent Executive Coaching Skills training led by experienced coach Clair Moody. The training offered a great balance of content and theory alongside solid coaching practices. Clair's real-time feedback after each coaching session surpassed any I have experienced before. She made us feel very comfortable and was attentive to our state of mind. We practiced various advanced techniques, including Heron's push/pull questioning skills, the trust equation, the psychological contract, and Schwartz's theory of values, among others. We received a comprehensive assessment to meet ILM-approved standards and I thoroughly enjoyed both the virtual and in-person coaching sessions. Overall, it was an excellent and well-organized training with positive and genuine energy from day one, thanks to Clair and the participants. I highly recommend it!

Yesterday attended a Train the Trainer session with Ralph, and it was excellent. Ralph created a comfortable and engaging atmosphere, making it easy to participate and learn.

His expertise and ability to simplify concepts made the material easy to understand.

Ralph's focus on practical application helped us develop our skills and confidence. I left with valuable techniques and strategies to use in my own sessions.

The overall training method was great. The trainer "Scott" did an amazing job. He is professional and knowledgeable. The practical and helpful feedback were very effective. Selection of venues was perfect in terms of convenience, comfort and refreshments.

Ralph made everyone feel so comfortable from the first day. The course is engaging which is found very helpful due to being easily distracted/switching off. Ralph support me when I let me anxiety get in my way and was so proud of myself to complete the course at the end of the 3 days. Would highly recommend this to anyone wanting to be a trainer, it has helped me massively with confidence and being a all round good trainer.

Ralph really puts participants at ease and encourages their natural personality to shine through, rather than trying to get everyone to deliver the same way.

There's plenty to learn too, even if you are a seasoned Pro.

Ralph was incredible. He showed us effective methods for training people, providing tools that ensure the audience learns actively rather than just being spoken to. For anyone looking to enhance their own skills or those of their employees, I highly recommend Target Training Associates.

This course was fantastic. We had good joining instructions so we knew exactly where to go and what to expect ahead of time. The course itself was well structured, contained loads of useful and relevant information and was delivered by a knowledgeable and experienced trainer - Ralph.

We learnt loads of valuable skills and were given lots of opportunities to put those skills into practice. We were given useful positive and constructive feedback over the course of the three days to help us improve, and we were taught how to give each other feedback as well.

The course was accredited and contains a formal assessment at the end and by the time that came round I felt equipped and ready to do it, having had lots of opportunity to practice skills throughout the course.

Ralph is so engaging, knowledgeable, experienced and friendly. He always engaged us and answered our questions all through the course. He demonstrates the skills so well himself, so its a great role modelling exercise to see what good use of those skills looks like.

I found the three day course Train the Trainer exceptional. I have carried out training in many different aspects over the years, but found that this course endowed me with a different approach. This new approach will, I believe, help me to make training more stimulating and valuable to students, and actively encourage involvement on their part. Ralph is such a good imparter of wisdom, that he was able to turn our group from novices to advanced trainers in just a few days. The company I work for will definitely be using this course again in the future.
