I had an excellent experience with Shaf at Acecard. From the very beginning, the service was professional, efficient, and genuinely customer-focused.

As the owner of Adroit Creations in Ashton-under-Lyne, it was important for me to find a reliable and modern card payment solution. Shaf made the entire process of obtaining our card machine incredibly simple and stress-free. He explained everything clearly, answered all my questions, and ensured the setup was smooth from start to finish.

Shaf is so helpful! Any questions he is quick to answer and gives very helpful answers in a timely and clear way. The card machine is amazing couldn’t ask for anything better I will be sticking with this machine/company for my whole time owning a business. Couldn’t recommend any more definitely the one you want to go for if you’re looking for an easy machine with great customer service!!

Had some problems with dpd which shaf went above and beyond to sort for me then the actual use of the card machine is so easy to get used to.
I got talked through each point on the machine
Also the rates I got are extremely competitive

I was recommended acecard by multiple people, and I am so glad I was. Starting a new business is scary but with Shaf by our side we felt safe and looked after. No question was too big, or stupid and he explained every step in thorough detail leaving us confident with managing our card transactions. He was at the end of the phone whenever we needed him, and also followed up to ensure all was running smoothly

He is a solutions man and even when there was a slight hiccup with the delivery driver, Shaf had a back up plan ready to go to allow us to keep moving.

100% I would recommend Shaf. He's takes away all the stress. The product is great and so easy to set up. I've never had a problem but if I did, I know I can ask Shaf and he'd be right on it for me.

I’ve had such a great experience with Acecard Company and especially with Shaf Adam Saleem, who assisted me. The response was prompt, and everything went smoothly from start to finish.
The card reader itself is excellent – very easy to set up, works smoothly, and the attractive design makes it stand out. I absolutely love it! The mobile app is also a huge plus, as it allows me to easily monitor my transactions and track sales daily and monthly, which is so convenient for my business.
On top of that, the interest rate are very competitive compared to other providers I looked into. Overall, I’m really impressed with the service, the product, and the support I received. Highly recommended!
