What I dislike about Target is there prices. There priced items such as clothing is out of hand. Certain items such as tank tops and under gartment; apparel is too expensive, it's almost like shopping at Nordstrom Outlet. I understand their bargain but not Target. I do understand the quality is a step up from Walmart, however many of those threads are not worth it. Please turn back to humility, just a little.

These moronic Web Admin BLOCK YOU FROM SIGNING IN as well as BLOCK YOU FROM EVEN RESETTING YOUR PASSWORD OR HAVING A CODE SENT!! I had NO CHOICE but to CANCEL an order for our business that's ONLY open M-F due to them ONLY providing one SHIPPING OPTION, which is for a Saturday, then when I tried to log back in to reorder it, I was BLOCKED IN EVERY DIRECTION!!!

5/5 – Outstanding Pokémon drop thanks to Manager Nick and the team 4040 N Oracle.
I went to this Target on Oracle Road for the first time with my son-in-law for a Pokémon drop. He’s done these events before; I have not. I’d heard the horror stories and seen the videos of people losing it over cards, so I was honestly a little nervous.
This store was nothing like that.
Store Manager Nick did an absolutely fantastic job organizing the event and setting clear standards before anyone even walked in the door. Because of that, the whole experience stayed calm, orderly, and actually enjoyable. Associates like Sarah (and several others whose names I wish I’d gotten) kept everything running smoothly and treated people with respect.
It felt like a well-run, high-quality store—not the chaos I expected. Corporate should know this location is doing it right. Nick and his team made a first-timer feel welcome and safe. We will be back .

I buy bras from Target and love them. (Auden lightly lined full coverage bra). However, my most recent black bra broke after the first wash. The hook & eye broke in half. I'm not going to try to return it since I'm 1.5 hours away and don't want to bother with returning online. I'm leery to order more now though.

I ordered sports clothing at target on September 3. The delivery date was supposed to happen on September 8. The order has not arrived on September 14, Im not at the hotel any longer. after speaking twice with customer service they were very unhelpful! they wont give me a refund, and wont allow me to intercept the package with USPS. Terrible service!

I bought 70-inch Tv stand with fireplace had good experience. it's a time-consuming product to assemble.

But looks beautiful in living area.

The Product was misrepresented and marketed by 3rd party through Target. My doctor wanted me to take a supplement that was different on the back label from what was described in the description and when I called to stop the order from shipping just a short time later, the customer service rep said it couldn’t be done and hung up.

Recently I purchased a small rug on sale at Target.com that was sold by a third party vendor. It arrived 3 days later. I liked it enough that I went back to purchase 4 more in larger sizes. During that 3 day period, the price had increased so I decided to call Target to see if there was a possibility of honoring the previous sale. The rep. explained it was not in their control to adjust the price, since it was a third party vendor. She, however, was willing to put me on hold in order to call the vendor to see if they would honor the previous sale. According to her, ( and now I question if she ever even called them) the third party vendor refused. She then advised me to watch the item as it might go back on sale.

So I did, and when it didn't go back down in price, I decided to reach out to the third party vendor myself.

I received a response from someone in the vendor's corporate office. I was told they do not deal directly with customers, but their team would reach out to Target to see if they'd agree to further discount these rugs which are actually discontinued.

So, with this knowledge and knowing what the rep at Target had previously told me, I again contacted Target. Their story conveniently changed once I told them the third party vendor was willing to price adjust. If you recall, the first Target representative stated... "the vendor is the one who controls how sales work" .Now, that the third party vendor demonstrated a willingness to adjust the price Target has changed the story to fit their narrative conveniently providing a different reason as to why the price could not be adjusted. It now has become, "our policy is we cannot honor previous sales prices." hmmm...

That third party vendor (who I will contact and relay Target's lastest twist) was willing to help a customer, but unfortunately Target, the middleman, would not.
And, to make it worse Target was not being up front with me from the start.

Once trust in a company is lost, it is very difficult to restore.
From this day forward, I will no longer shop at Target and will be sharing this experience with others.

I used to love target but their customer service is lacking.
They have their own delivery system but somehow can’t fix a mistake and it’s not their problem. I still can understand that because the issue was mine, but definitely better service would be great.

Now, when the package was delivered the driver somehow made it into the building garage (in an apartment building). You need a fob/key for that. He then spammed texted me to let him out. I wasn’t even home but it didn’t sit well with me regardless. I have seen a lot of deliveries in this building, not just for me, but this is probably the worst experience

If I could give less than one star I would. My daughter recently purchased an Ipad from this Target. She asked the employee ssisting her what the return policy was for the Ipad because she wasn't sure if she was goign to like it ot not. He informed her she had 30 days. She purchased it and saved th receipt along with the packaging. She decided to return it 17 days later with the receipt, packaging and IPAd in perfect condition. She was informed by a manager named Tabitha she couldn't accept it because the return policy for Apple products was 14 days, not 30 days. When my daughter explained thats not what she was told, she was informed that the associate who helped her had quit without notice or reason. She was then told only Guest Relations could override the system to give her a refund.
She called GUest Relations and was told only the store manager could override the system. Basically, she was given the runaround by a company that made over 104 billion dollars last year over a $550 Ipad. Keep in mind my daughte ris a college freshmen who had about $750 to her name!
So, when my daughter called me I called Guest Relations. The man I spoke to was able to call the store and get Tabitha to override the system, but now they decided instead of giving my daughter back her cash on her debit card they would only give her store credit. There policy clearly states that all refunds are given back the way they were spent. This took about an hour get to this point. After having this escalated to superiors in Guest Relations and passing this along to other executives in Target, I was basically told, I should be grateful my daughter was given store credit.
Target completely overlooked the fact that my daughter was misinformed by one of their employees who coincidentally quit! They told me they "couldn't" refund my daughter's money, not that they wouldn't, but that they "couldn't." I find it ridiculous that a multibillionaire company would not issue a refund for $550 to an 18 year old girl whose net worth is now $750 after their employee misled her. I forgot to mention that Target instead placed the blame on my daughter and said she should have saw on her receipt that she had 14 days to return her Ipad. I know for a fact that I would go by the word of the employee over a receipt.
My daughter learned some valuable lessons from this that I want to pass onto you:
1. Most major companies like Target online care about their bottom line and have absolutely horrible customer service!
2. You can't trust anything a target employee tells you because apparently they are not well-trained, and target will stand behind their employee's misinformation.
3. All that counts is what's in writing. Don't lsiten to what Target employees spew when they are trying to sell you something. Tell them to show you in writing.
4. When it comes to money, corporations will give you the runaround and hope you just give up going back and forth with people on the other end of a "Guest Relations" line.

I cannnot stress enough that you should not shop at Target! I would say just this target but I discovered this is a systemic problem with Target.

zero stars. i left after waiting 5 minutes for a $3 bottle of shampoo to be unlocked this morning. locking up items costs them more than not locking up anything

I had no track record whatsoever, since I couldn't remember where I ordered from. Target did nothing to keep me in-the-loop. I couldn't search my emails because, well, I FORGOT IT WAS FROM TARGET!! I've never ordered online that I can recall from Target and I may never again. It's pretty annoying that Target never sent one update, heads-up or even a delivery notice from Fedex! I wasn't even sure where I bought it from. I finally got an email QUITE AWHILE AFTER MY FREAK OUT. TEXT WOULD BE MORE EFFICIENT! Worst delivery customer service I've ever experienced!

Thank you Target, for giving teachers a break in September. Most people have no idea how much money teachers spend on getting their students the materials and supplies they need. I really appreciated that teacher discount-and I felt a bit better about some of the things I bought for my classroom.

This was officially my last time shopping at Target. I used to come here all the time, but the quality and service have just dropped off a cliff.
Plenty of other places deserve my money.

I looked up on the internet for the best waterproff, outdoor double sided taped. That stated Gorilla Double Sided heavy duty tape. BS. this tape did nold a small 7" x 11' meatl sign on a brick colom. The sign styes for about one hour. Upon checking. I discovered the sign did not stick to the brick wall as advertized. Gorilla Glue stated on there product it will Bond to Carpet, Ruggs, Flooring, Stone, metal Vinyl, Plastic, Paper & more! Not so. I do not recommend this item.

Their system is seriously trash, constantly crashing with no fix. If it weren't for the factor they're literally $8 cheaper competing with Walmart, I'd do Amazon. Seriously Target - after the billions spent in 'upgrades' you still can't get it together.

Your service attendant and cashier are full of disrespect..I am no longer a Target shopper..20 min drive to shop at your store and get service that left a bad taste in my mouth..never again ..target on Cheyenne mountain rd. Blvd.

With all the problems Target has lately and then their racist Halloween costume I should not be surprised that buying a pair of Meta glasses from these guys proved to be a total scam. I reported this to my credit card company twice for faulty product not as advertised target completely ignored the ACTUAL PROBLEM and instead responded and I quote “This transaction was authorized” never said it wasn’t!!! But for $326 I EXPECTED THESE TO WORK!!!! I repeat do not buy these glasses from Target they will mislead you and you will not get your money back. I’ve had to exchange the same glasses at least twice because none of them work these are supposed to be hands free they are not. I updated the software out of the box and the system entirely crashed on both devices. Target has no accountability or response and I even still have the box and the original receipt showing both returns. DO NOT BUY META GLASSES FROM TARGET GO SOMEWHERE ELSE THEY WILL SELL YOU BROKEN GLASSES AND THEN DO NOTHING ABOUT IT.

Only reason they got one star is because you can’t go lower. Target has been on a death spiral for years and this is just one of the many latest examples of why. They’ve done and continue to do it to themselves. Target 15 years ago was the place to be Target 15 years into the present should be considered a felonious crime against humanity because it is always something if it isn’t some backwards far-right boot licking, it’s mistreating a core demo of their own store audience, OR selling broken items, OR MY PERSONAL FAVORITE !!! THE BARCLAYS CENTER STORE CONSTANTLY HAS OPEN GATORADES FOR SELL NEAR THE CHECKOUT. THEY DO NOT CARE THEY FLAGRANTLY LET PEOPLE COME IN DRINK UP THE DRINKS AND PUT THEM BACK. I SEEN IT MYSELF WALKING THROUGH THEIR NUMEROUS TIMES!!!!!!!

COUNT YOUR DAYS TARGET YOUR MISMANAGEMENT WILL BE THE END OF YOU.

Bought Hoka bondi 9 they are not hoka. Inside shoe says Mach 4 and totally off on sizing and delivered 2 1.2 weeks. Don’t buy!!
