TapRoot Consulting Ltd Anmeldelser

I can’t thank Rich enough for the outstanding service I received! From the very first email, the communication was clear, professional, and incredibly reassuring. He went above and beyond to recover my important data and kept me updated every step of the way.
I was especially impressed by how careful and organized he was — even reassembling my phone and arranging a secure, signed-for delivery. His attention to detail and genuine care made the whole experience completely stress-free.
It’s rare these days to find someone who takes such pride in their work and treats their customers with such respect. I would highly recommend TapRoot Consulting to anyone who needs data recovery or phone repair. Truly exceptional service — thank you so much!

Richard is brilliant at what he does! He has helped me with a few website issues now and solved every one in the quickest turnaround time 5*. Very professional and communication is great!

Incredible service, super-fast turnover, great price. If you need a site built, TapRoot Consulting is the one! Couldn't be more stoked 🙌

Our startup needed a devops pipeline built. TapRoot planned, built, deployed and documented quite a complex pipeline and we couldn't be happier with the result.

I worked with Richard on a complicated domain and mailbox transfer. He was efficient and professional and really guided me through every step with precision. As a sole trader this was invaluable and I am really impressed at the efficiency. I would highly recommend TapRoot Consulting.

Cant reccomend TapRoot enough we're really happy with how our websitesite has turned out, communication was good from start to finish,Thanks very much!

My experience with TapRoot has been amazing. Since 2022, this company has been my go-to for technical issues faced on our website. I would say Richard is an expert when it comes to WCFM. He is very very knowledgeable, patient and a good listener. He offers best practices and advise on scaling your business to the next level. This is actually my second time and he is still the same, ever ready to help solve the problem. Thank you! Will definitely see me again.

Just brilliant from start to finish. Totally professional and friendly. Richard understood exactly what I was looking for and was just a wizard setting everything up for me and designing a logo. Gave me some really good advice and gently nudged me along in the right direction. Really happy with the work he did and cannot recommend him highly enough.

I was very impressed with the service I received. From the first point of contact until installation and then ongoing maintenance.

I was kept informed throughout the process, I was advised of ways to potentially save money as and given pros and cons of each aspect.

Rich is very knowledgeable in his field and I felt he went above and beyond explaining anything I didn't understand (which was quite a lot).

Highly recommended service.

TapRoot is an essential partner for anyone who wants to scale their business to another level. From building a DevOps pipeline to advising business operations on how to release a product efficiently, Taproot makes it possible to launch any product quickly.

Richard is our go to person when we have an issue with our business laptop and has just built us a gaming PC for our son. He even sorted out a mouse that we had issues with and managed to get an upgrade. He gave us fantastic advice about the cabling for the internet which stopped the "donut of doom!".

I have been working with Taproot since 2021 on a startup project which I struggled with due to the complexity of the system that controls the functionality of my website. Richard, I have to say was one of the only people I have worked with so far that has a vast knowledge of how WCFM works and has helped get the startup off the ground. Also, he has a very good eye for design and delivers to a very high standard with a very easy and relaxed working environment.
I cannot recommend him highly enough and I look forward to continuing to work together on my current project, as well as future ones.

Rich, the Founder of TapRoot Consulting, is one of the best developers I've ever work with. He knows his stuff, is great at explaining things in non web developer jargon, is timely and super responsive. He knows how important your project is to you and gives both you and the project the time needed. He's also affordable. Our marketplace website was a mess when he stepped in. He was able to sort out all of the issues and clean everything up. We actually decided to hire him not only to do a new website, but also to maintain it. Rich is someone that will literally work tirelessly until he can find and resolve any issues. He's also great to brainstorm ideas with. He'll make suggestions, but isn't bothered if you decide to do something different. I look forward to continuing to work with Rich and would highly recommend him to anyone!
