Tapron cancelled my order without notice.
They had accepted my payment, then I had an email saying my order was fraudulent - it most definitely was not!
It took 2 days for them to get back to me. Their main telephone number is not working.
They stated I could place another order.
But they still have my money! As not yet refunded!!

Thank you for your reply. I would like to say, I have not had any replies on your Chat system.
However, I look forward to receiving my refund.
I am obviously very disappointed at the whole situation.
I really liked the product & would be prepared to reorder. It’s just a shame this has happened.

Ordered new pull out tap received no notification about delivery after few days so emailed them as needed it for fitters. They then advised me it wasn’t in stock and despite getting speedy refund I am not sure how long I would have waited to be informed had I not contacted them hence two stars!

Product exactly what I was looking for. Not cheap, but quality did not disappoint.

The experience was not great. The item has not arrived on the estimated day of delivery, and I have no update on when it will arrive.

I had to purchase and install a tap from another supplier as the unexpected delivery time of over a week from Tapron was too long. However, the tap finally arrived 8 days later and the quality of the tap is amazing. The tap is really good looking, very robust and substantial. I'm now looking to find another sink in my home to install the tap from Tapron as it's so good.

Tapron (associated with Just Taps - I think) is a real bathroom supply business in that they have a warehouse with their own stock in it! So unlike a lot of these "virtual" bathroom supply companies which are just a website linked to other suppliers, if Tapron have something "in stock" then it's in their own warehouse. Excellent LiveChat (prompt and knowledgeable) and the product was dispatched and arrived promptly. Only small negative is that delivery charges some postcodes are very high; I live in the East of Scotland but 0.5mi from a motorway junction and the delivery was £22 as opposed to standard £9.99. This needs to be looked at.

It's been a week since I've made this purchase and have yet to be updated about the delivery of the product. Contact was made with the customer service department and was told that when the item has dispatched I will be notified.

Amazing service

Ordered from NZ on Friday 26th August and arrived in my hand 7 days later in Blenheim NZ.
You just can't get any better than that!
I have known parcels to take 2-3 weeks just to get to us from 320km away, so 7 days from the UK to NZ is brilliant! Product (shower waste) just perfect as well!
