I was pleasantly surprised by this purchase. The quality is decent considering the price. The shipping took a while, clocking in at three weeks, but it eventually arrived in good condition. Overall, its a useful item that provides good value for the cost.

The Bag is China quality trash. I payed extra for fast delivery it took more than 3 weeks. I want to get a refund and send my order back. Its not possible. Dont buy anything here.

SCAM WEBSITE!! Any positive reviews are just bots. I've waited 2 months and no delivery. Order updates have been saying 'in transit in the UK' for 3 weeks. The tracking site also seems dodgy as I can't find any evidence of it outside the link.

Well, the bag looks cute. It’s smaller than I expected, but still spacious enough for everyday needs. Although the bag is okay, there are a few issues. The quality is decent for the price, but I was disappointed to discover that the filling inside seems to be plastic film. Every time I move the bag, it crinkles loudly, like a cheap plastic bag, which is quite annoying. Additionally, the shipping took almost two months, which was much longer than expected, and the communication throughout the process was pretty slow. Overall, it’s an acceptable bag, but there’s definitely room for improvement. But I guess that’s what you get for 3 am impulsive shopping on TikTok.

Scam website. Uses someone else’s videos and sends second rate poor quality copies

First off I was overcharged, then when I received my item it was the wrong size but they won’t acknowledge that, offered me a refund of $3USD when I paid $41

DO NOT USE!! This company is scamming people. Ordered a bag from Tik tok shop that has never arrived. They keep emailing back to say that the packaging and forms have been changed and it’s on its way. It’s clearly never gonna arrive. Wished I checked the reviews before ordering.

It’s been 5 weeks no delivery despite paying for faster shipping. I should have read reviews instead of buying something of a TikTok video so that’s on me, but I wish you could give less than one star. What a joke.

I really should post a picture of what was promised and what actually came. One star is VERY generous as I am so frustrated. I have asked for a refund and was told that I should sell my bras to a friend or acquaintance. i told them in very simple terms I would never do that to someone I liked. The sizing was so very wrong and the bra rides up over my breasts no matter how tight I put the band. The cup size would fit an A cup but was branded a 2xl. I have asked on a minimum of 5 emails for a contact number for a manager or someone that could deal with this issue and all I get is " we sent what your ordered". I am a senior on a fixed income and $100 Cdn. dollars is more than I care to lose. Please, buyers, be warned, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE!

Even 1 star is too much! I wish that I had seen the other reviews prior to making my purchase. I ordered 4 bras in 42D & received 4 bras that do not fit around my body, and the cups look more like A-cups. I contacted the company, who offered me $12 USD. I paid $80.90 USD which is hardly compensation, and certainly not a refund.
Did further research as to why they say the sizing is correct. I found an international size chart online from a reputable supplier. In Asian sizing 2XL is equivalent to size 12 in Australian & New Zealand sizing. But for our sizing, 42D is equivalent to a 20D. Tangerinees need to get their act together when taking money from international sources, & consult size charts relevant to the countries they are shipping to. Their ads claim that they cater to larger busted women. Not according to the reviews on this website!

Had a mixed experience. Item quality and design are pretty functional. Packaging was adequate. However, the shipping took a lengthy three weeks. Expected faster delivery.

I purchased two Bras, requesting 38c size. Neither one was the correct size.. one was labelled XL the other was very small. Neither fits properly.

They overcharged me and sent me the incorrect sizes and would not reimburse me.

Do NOT buy your bras from this website.
I received these bras, unpacked them and pretty-much knew right away that they were not my size. Benefit of the doubt, I tried one on. I got my daughter to try it on as well, as she is much smaller. Nope, too small for her as well.
After emailing to Tangerinees and asking for an exchange or full refund, they emailed me back asking for the pics for the QR Code, the pics for the products and the original mailing package. I sent them all via email promptly.
I received an email saying that the pics matched the original order, therefore the order was correct and there was nothing further that they could do from their end. Their suggestion…Perhaps I could give the bras to somebody else…?!?
Not-so-great a response, not great quality, and not good customer service!!! Be very wary. My mistake for ordering bras from a dodgy website!

UPDATE: it is now one month later, and- in 7 separate emails now- the ‘customer service rep’ has offered a $6 refund, a $14 refund, a $22 refund and now her final answer? A $36 refund ‘as a sign of good customer service’?!? How about you return the $125.82 CAN that you received from me, and in good conscience, I will return your merchandise to you.
And never mind the BS about letting ‘your leaders know ‘about the difference in US/CAN sizing charts’.

I ordered what was supposed to be a 44DDD. The tiny bra they sent was a A or B cup. They offered me $6 whole dollars as a refund and I paid over $40. What a joke! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! They send emails stating it is the size I ordered and it would be too expensive for me to pay for shipping. Why would I pay for shipping an item that they misrepresented as the size I ordered.

J’ai acheté 4 soutien gorge de grandeur 40D et j’ai reçu 4XL. Le bonnet est beaucoup trop petit. Pour le retour, ils m’ont offert 8$ et proposé de les donner à quelqu’un d’autres. Compagnie pourrie pour les retours et attention Canada, nous payons en $US alors s’il ne veulent pas de retour, ça fait très cher la gaffe.

Do NOT buy. Like another buyer, I ordered a pair of 38 DD bras and received "2XL" with cups that were way too small, perhaps a "C". When I requested a refund, they offered me a $3 refund and suggested I give them to someone else.

I ordered a 36DD as shown on the order form. What I received was and XL with a very small cup size, possibly a B cup size. I have written several emails to their various support addresses and have not received a return email address nor my refund. I would never recommend this company.

I purchased 4 gathering bras that advertised sizing as cup size and measurement under the bust. Since I wasn’t sure on cup size I purchased 2 C cups and 2 D cups. What I got was 2 bras 2XL and 2 bras 3XL cup size is standard and not practical. The purchase was more than I expected after conversion to AU$ as the tax was not included in the price. They do fit but not as expected however I must say the communication re tracking the parcel was spot on. I received regular emails advising the status. I would not have a problem dealing with this company again just need to be more careful with pricing and product.
