We believe in offering fast and efficient customer service and usually reply to emails within 2 working hours and answer telephone calls within 10 seconds during our office hours of 9am – 5.30pm, Monday to Friday. I am so impressed with this company! Super easy to set up. Rang me quickly as there was an issue with my account. Once I explained they were so understanding and super helpful. I was nervous to try a company like this but they made it so easy for me.

Hello,
Thank you for your feedback but as we haven’t been provided with your account details, I am unable to look at your complaint on an individual basis.
Our Terms & Conditions clearly state that invoices are due within 14 days of the invoice date to avoid incurring a late payment fee. If the invoice is unpaid, we send a text message before the 24th of the month advising that the invoice is outstanding and payment is required by the 24th of the month to avoid incurring the £5 plus vat late payment fee. You would have accepted our T&C’s when you placed your order with us.
You mentioned that we cannot wait for our customers not to pay their bills and I just wanted to advise that this is not the case. We would prefer our customers pay their invoices by the 24th of the month as this helps us to keep our costs down and enables us to provide service to all our customers at a competitive rate.
We incur additional costs to resource additional administration to send text messages and emails to customers who have not paid their invoices by the 24th of the month.
The majority of our customers have set up a Direct Debit so payments automatically collect on or just after the 24th of the month.
I am unsure as to why you have said we charge for cancelling an account, we only require 1 months’ notice to cancel any service with us.

Leave the apps alone, they were working
We have been with Tamar for many years. Every upgrade gets worse. They recently changed something and didn't tell anyone so we couldn't access the outbound calling app. Only when I called in did they tell me. I have two numbers but after recent upgrade cannot switch between them in the outbound call app. I first have to log into the control panel app, makes the change, then go back to outbound call app. Too much faff, looking to switch to another provider.
