i just found the reliability very inconsistent: lots of dropped connections. And that was with one person!

I've tried twice to get help on changing my website in my profile/settings with no answer. It keeps saying my email is invalid and I can't change it. I also emailed once a few hours ago with no response yet.

Site hard to navigate things are not appearing where there supposed to

It's a good format, most things work very well. It doesn't seem to have enough bandwidth to handle video. Lot's issues there.

voip sound quality isn't what I'd like it to be. Music sounds like a cheap AM radio. Even when directly piped in from my mixer. Otherwise it is a great free program to use. Thanks!!

Great for interviewing guests and live streaming to YouTube.

While service provides a great platform for hosts, guests and audience, technical problems with connection continue to plague the site. Guests frequently complain they cannot get through as system does not recognize show id...same is true for hosts!

Been with Talkshoe for around 7 years and haven't had many problems (and any I have had were minor).

If I had any suggestions, it would be with the statistics side of things. Although way more user friendly since the relaunch, it would be great to have weekly and monthly download stats as well as overall downloads.

But other than that, top notch.

I am giving you a 5-star rating for the simple fact that you truly went over the top to exemplify customer service. I've been a talkshoe member since 2004 and have thoroughly enjoyed the benefits of using this platform to carry out my various broadcasting's whether it was from our local church services, local sports coverage, local talk shows or interviews Talkshoe has always been our go-to vice.

Recently my Courier T-Mobile decided to try and charge me $0.01 per minute for using your services under the false pretenses that you guys were charging them upon further review going back and forth recording our conversations copying talks you what T-Mobile was trying to justify in charging so we got the ultimate decision and due to the forward-thinking of talks you we were able to receive a T-Mobile Talkshoe phone number which Now does not charge us to use the services!

I thank you guys for hearing our cry and for coming up with a solution...

With the new added features were even more excited on the continued use and expanded use of the talk shoe platform thank you for all that you do

Still trying to learn Navigation of the new site.
Very disappointed the list of fans form old Talk Show format was lost. Spent 8 years developing that list. I do like the email with downloads and script. Does script need some refinement?
