Quality tools at a good price
I ordered two items through a 3rd party online. The items were shipped from Tacklife in Ontario, Canada. The shipping was a bit of a snafu, through no fault of theirs. Eventually I received both items. I am impressed with the quality of the tool (item 1) and the kit of attachments (item 2). Both items were good quality for the price. The instructions are easy to understand and the attachments are varied, based on how long or often a person would use them. The case the rotary tool came in was a soft case w/2 zippers. Good quality canvas. The attachments came in a nice clear top plastic case with 2 latches on the front. Every attachment/group of attachments is held in place, so they don't go all over the place. Even after being shipped over 3000 miles, and not marked fragile, only a few came out of their assigned locations. Customer service queries were responded to quickly, 24 to 48 hours max. Overall a good deal.

Email to support at autotacklife dot com (trustpilot does not allow email addresses in messages) gets you a return email message that basically says their email address is not accepting messages.
Lots of us need service, or to have a warranty fulfilled, but they've vaporized without a trace. Probably couldn't handle all the warranty claims and quit.
TACKLIFE JUST GETS WORSE
I have already rated this awful company pending a reply from their "support/customer services" as utter rubbish.
I have just sent yet another email reminding them that they have not replied to me. This emailhas neen returned undelivered because Tacklife email in box is full!! Full of complaints and people chasing for replies. AVOID THEM LIKE AN UNSOCIABLE DISEASE!!
Don’t bother
Don’t bother. I bought a wood chipper 18 months ago hardly used it when the cutting plate broke. No response from customer service! I don’t think they exist?
I’ve tried unsuccessfully to find a replacement part but no one in the uk seems to have them.
Would never buy Tacklife again.

Bought their multimeter. After some hours it stopped working, fuses where perfectly fine. Customer support didnt answer to emails neither to calls.

Ottimo prodotto a prezzo eccezionale
Ho comprato un biotrituratore elettrico per il giardino ad aprile 2022 (oggi sfortunatamente il prodotto non è più disponibile sul sito on-line). L'utensile fa egregiamente il suo lavoro; è potente e silenzioso e l'ho pagato una frazione del prezzo a cui si trovano in giro prodotti di questo livello. Il Customer Care potrebbe essere migliorato: è possibile scrivere una mail o un messaggio sul sito, ma quando rispondono lo fanno solo in inglese (e secondo me da qualche Paese orientale perché nell'oggetto della mail si distinguono i tipici ideogrammi).
Inoltre la spedizione, partita da un magazzino in Germania, è arrivato dopo più di 2 settimane perché il corriere italiano ha bloccato il pacco in quanto più pesante di 30 kg.

Irritating but I got off lightly. Not cheap for what it was but not an expensive item like some unfortunate cases on this site.

Bought an S10 Pro vac. Vac is fine as s simple vac, but app simply does not work to control it. Vac manual is worthless for the app.

pop-up canopy
I purchased a pop-up canopy in September, 2021. Due to time of year and Covid, I did not use it until May of 2022 for a camping trip. Everything went well on that trip. Took a second camping trip in July. While putting up canopy part of the frame broke and we were unable to use it and appears unrepairable. I emailed Tacklife immediately with pictures and have not gotten a response back. Next move is to try and call but don't have much hope. There goes $100 down the drain. Will never purchase from them again.
