Do not order from this company. Purchased a 31.5 inch circle bedroom rug and received a small circle sticker!! I wish I had read the reviews on here before ordering, but I had no reason to doubt the online shop. Do not order from them! No refund given and the best offer I received from email support was 50% off the wrong item sent or return the unwanted item back to China at my own expense.

I believe this company is a scam. We ordered an air conditioning unit for 800 British Pounds. We recieved an air purifier worth 40 pounds. When we asked for this to be corrected the said they would only return 30% of the value as a refund and that we had to return the product at our own cost to China. We would not be getting the product we ordered and 30% was the maximum they would give us back. Do not order anything from this company. We have reported them to our bank as well as the Federal Trade Commison. They are now selling the AC unit we bought on their website for 10,000 pounds! I really think someone needs to look into this company as they are an absolute scam.

I wouldn't rate this company at all, ordered what they described as a walking stick, ordered in June its now August, received a visit from the police with a letter from border force saying it was described as a baton/truncheon they have disposed of it, still waiting on a reply from there so called customer service

I purchased a simple £32 computer drive from this company, it didn't work properly. I asked for a refund. I was given a choice send it back to China (£30 postage) or they would offer a 25% refund. UK consumer law says I should get a full refund if the goods are not fit for purpose. I have now been ignored.
Until they sort out their customer services - Steer Well Clear.
Finally managed 35% refund, still waiting. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!

Complete rubbish product!
I ordered photochromatic sunglasses and received cheap non-photochromatic unmarked for UV protection etc.
DON'T BUY FROM THEM.

Do not order from this rip off company, what I recieved was nothing like what I thought I ordered, poor child like workmanship. After reading the reviews I am not even going to try for a refund as it would appear to be a futile exercise.

Item I purchased was not true to the illustration on the website it was a highland cow wall hanging, it arrived like a primary’s school art class design not even half the size as advertised , please avoid and you will have to bank chargeback to get your money back A TOTALLY RIP OFF COMPANY!!!! Don’t get scammed by these rouge guys !!!

Delivery took 2 weeks. Item arrived was different to what was ordered. No messages or emails are replied to. How do i return item and get a refund?

Cant help thinking this is a SCAM. Ordered, received advice order shipped with tracking number. Tried to track and nothing works. Item has not arrived either. Have contacted support....guess what !!

Did two orders , 5 days later an email came saying every item is out of stock from both orders and I can have the same value in vouchers for the website … I don’t want vouchers .. I either want my money back or the item I payed for which supposed to be shipped by now .

I would rate them nothing but 1s all I got. I honestly can’t believe it’s been 7/8 months that I haven’t got my device or my money back. The first time I’ve tried to collect is from the locker and it wouldn’t open so tried a few attempts and still won’t open, I’ve been told by my email saying it’s been taken back to the warehouse and what’s next no notifications of being returned back so never ever will shop there or trust them again❗️❗️❗️also what a scam as well ❗️❗️❗️

Scam would rate negative stars if I could 1st product arrived faulty so gave them the benifit of the doubt and accepted a replacement but that arrived faulty as well. When I reached out about this the just kept quoting some policy that means because I've accepted a replacement they can't do anything even though that replacement was faulty so I can only assume it's a scam and recommend you look else where. Avoid like the plauge.
