Would definitely stay away from this company, bought a scooter for a Christmas present it lasted 3 months before the wire snapped once got a replacement it sparked in my daughters face luckily no lasting damage after trying to get a replacement for 4 months this shop just changes their policy when ever they are questioned even took it to a verified scooter service and they even said how dangerous and faulty the e scooter is and should not have been sold
They claim it’s not under warranty as a label has gone red yet it came that way
Avoid at all cost if you want a safe and reliable place to buy a e scooter bought on Amazon from this company

1. None of the wires are insulated they are all bunched together crossing over each other it’s like a puzzle seeing where a certain wire starts and ends
2. My daughter was putting the replacement wire which youse did supply no instructions though I was told we had to YouTube it
3. The lable came red when the scooter arrived
4. Trading standards are looking into this now and once they speak to man I would be happy to to send you the contact details of the store
5. That is funny because I was told your return policy was 6 months then it went to 3 months

Dear review writer, unfortunately we could not find your order, perhaps you bought from another seller, but I will answer your review in any case.
1. How did the spark get on your daughter’s face if all the wires in the scooter are insulated?
2. If the label on the battery turns red, this means that water has flowed into the battery compartment and the scooter has stopped moving due to possible corrosion, a specialist should check the wiring. The instructions clearly state that the scooter is not waterproof and should not be used in the rain and driving through puddles is prohibited.
3. Can I find out the contact details of the store that came to the conclusion that the scooter is not safe and should not be sold? We can't wait to talk to this person and find out what model of scooter he was inspecting and what the problem was and why he couldn't solve it?
4. Our returns and warranty policy has not changed for the last 5 years.

NEVER EVER Again
Never Again! I ordered a cable attachment in early Jan. Postage itself was quick enough, however I was sent the wrong item.
I contacted Tsport and they organised collection with Royal Mail, again pretty quickly.
I was expecting the refund to have been processed as quickly via my original mode of payment, however I’m having to constantly chase for an update and still haven’t received my money back and this is first week March. There is no telephone number so it’s constantly having to email back and forth and I’m just fed up!
I would never again purchase anything from tsport or recommend to anyone.

Easy to order
Easy to order , had slight issue with PayPal overpaying but was dealt with straight away and refund given .
Also had an issue with their choice of courier DHL seem unable to deliver to the correct address , but not the fault of this company .
Good little E scooter very pleased so far .

Bought a lat pull down add in for my bench, I got it for a very good price with T-sport and it was dispatched the day of payment and arrived at mine a couple of days later well packed.

Initially there was a bit of mix up…
Initially there was a bit of mix up with the order. When I contacted them they must of shipped it out ASAP as it came the next day. It arrived well packaged.
Customer service was excellent.
I will definitely use this company again.

The design had changed from the diagram…
The design had changed from the diagram but the amount of screws provided were less to correspond with the diagram, does the job well, made to the same spec as most of these kind of things pretty good value for money.

Sturdy Product quite easy to mount
The product seems sturdy and the assembly was easy and quick (1h30min more or less).
The mounting instructions could be a little bit crystal-clear but it's ok.

The item turned up well packed
The item turned up well packed. The delivery driver brought the large box to the back of my flat to my request as I have a ramp and it was easier for the driver to deliver, he was friendly had a smile on his face, that was a nice welcoming to his customers. Excellent Service. Nothing to complain about.

The first package was sent to you and was lost by the courier (DX Freight), we sent it a second time with another courier (DHL) and it was delivered and you know about it.
Most likely feedback from an unscrupulous competitor.

Very good for the price, I’m happy with the purchase, only things i have noticed is the pronges what hold the bar are a little flimsey and it could be heavier but you can always weight it down. Overall you won’t get much better for the price.
