Creamy and tasty! So so filling and keeps you going well passed lunch.

I was so excited to try the Daily Essential Formula when I found out it was going to be release and it did not disappoint! I usually struggle with vanilla flavoured protein powders and even though I did have to adjust to the taste of the DEF, it didn’t take long for me to enjoy it. I’ve now subscribed to x3 tubs a month knowing I’m doing amazing things for my health. I need to stress how good this products value for money is…Previously I used the banoffee flavoured protein powder from the brand ‘Form’ (one of the best brand out there) and went through x3 520mg a month at £78, then brought their multi vitamin on top of this at £19 a month. (That’s £97 a month compared to the DEF at £77.78). Paula’s DEF is a protein powder that elimates the need to buy a multi vitamin separately as it already includes your daily vitamins and minerals in the best ratios and qualities! This is saving me so much money every month. Would highly recommend. Thank you so much Paula for creating such a beautiful product!

Paula has gone above and beyond to make this supplement a high end quality product. It provides me with the essential protein, vitamins & minerals needed until late lunch as it keeps you satiated for hours surprisingly.
The flavour is perfect (a lot of protein powders can be too sweet) & I pop it in my smoothie every morning.
I will definitely be subscribing :)

Daily Essential Formula

I recently purchased my second tub of DEF. I absolutely love it and have ordered a repeat subscription.

It gives me a huge boost of energy for breakfast and keeps me fuller for longer.
I also love that Paula has researched all these nutrients to aid detoxification and overall wellness.
It is also very convenient when I am out and about and want something healthy and filling.
It is truly a product I can trust.

This powder is exactly what I have been looking for in the UK after previously shipping one from the US. It is by far the tastiest powder I have ever tried and I am more than impressed by the high quality of all the ingredients. Well done Paula!

I'm blown away that a protein powder could make me feel this good! First off it smells great & the taste is even better! It mixes so well with my other ingredients that I add to my morning smoothie. I feel satiated, replenished, & alert in the morning. Within 5 days I noticed less cravings, feeling fuller longer, & natural energy & focus. I look forward to my smoothie. It taste so good but not overly sweet. Ive tried so many supplements & this is without a doubt high quality product!

I have been searching for the perfect protein powder for years ! This formula is authentic and made with love and good intentions. I was exasperated at being swindled and coherced into buying powders and vitamins with fillers and watered down concentrates, or that didn't even have the right amounts of each mineral and vitamin to actually make a positive impact on my health and suppory my body.
I am so grateful for this product, I can finally relax and know what I am taking IS doing me good, IS giving my body what she needs and IS supporting honesty and transparency in health products.

Daily Essential Formula

I'm so happy with this product! Being a Chron's sufferer, I have always been very sceptical about protein powders and supplements, it can be very overwhelming at times to know what you should be taking. This has taken the guess work out completely! Paula provides such in depth knowledge about what is in the product and why. I started with one tub, which has now finished. The DEF tastes CLEAN! It has a lovely subtle taste and isn't too sweet. It blends perfectly in a smoothie. I never thought I will be full up at breakfast with a smoothie but this keeps me going all the way until lunch! I have no cravings to eat before my lunch. This keeps me full and feeling light. I've always struggled with heaviness after breakfast which has always made me feel uncomfortable but I have a totally new experience at breakfast now and couldn't be happier! I have now subscribed as I can't see me ever using anything else now! Absolutely fantastic! One more thing to add, it contains psyllium husk! Incredible formula! I just hope it will always be readily available!

Amazing product! I can already feel the benefits from taking the product just one pot down! I am happy to pay a premium for this fantastic product Paula has created as I have tried others on the market that don’t even come close to this one.

I’ve been following Paula’s (the lovely face behind synergised) guidance for a couple of months now using her really informative and root cause approach to health on her Instagram. The smoothie recopies in particular set me up for the day and I’ve noticed an improvement in my health however with the daily essential formula added it’s game changing! I have a sweet tooth which the lovely vanilla flavour satisfies without spiking my blood sugar and without leaving me craving more sugar later in the day. I can make it until lunch as the protein is enough to fill me up so it’s the perfect option for when I’m rushing out the door on the school run ahead of a busy day.

Prior to following synergised I have taken supplements and tried to follow a healthy diet but have often found it overwhelming and forgotten to take many different supplements. It’s great to know I can get everything I need (minus the omega 3) in one serving and be t for the day with the nutrients we can’t get from food alone.

Aloha, I'm always on the hunt for a high-quality clean plant-based protein powder which at the same time fuels my body with daily essential vitamins & minerals and amino acids and I now have this here in the U.K in the name of DEF aka 'Daily Essential Formula'.

On top of everything, it tastes so unbelievably good! I usually have to sacrifice a little on the taste so as long as it is a high quality product but I didn't have to this time! This delicious formula is hands down, head and shoulders above ALL the ones I’ve tried. Has also really helped with my sugar cravings and keeps me balanced and content.

The creator of this product Paula is a paragon in her field and so detail-oriented, DEF really reflects the originator's vision and dedication to forming a crème de la crème product which has laid down a marker in this industry.

Very pleased to have been introduced to this brand via it’s Daily Essentials Formula, i.e. vanilla protein powder. This product is a breath of fresh air and ticks all boxes; vegan, CLEAN, organic pea protein, that delivers a high protein content and vitamins & minerals, and is still delicious!! I have tried many protein powders but this is my new favourite! Highly recommend.

Paula, the creator of this product is absolutely meticulous with health and ingredients so I knew even if I hadn’t even seen the list of all the packed goodness in it, I could trust that the ingredients are all 100% the best you can be consuming for your health! But I have seen it and I know there’s no filler… or even anything that’s not even slightly the best if the best for maximum benefits and absorption.

DEF also tastes like a vanilla ice cream shake (With non of the baddies) … I actually usually make it with almond milk, cinnamon and nutmeg and it actually tastes like pastel de nata!

If you use it to replace meals or supplement them, it really fills you up and keeps you full for ages… and I’m not the type to get filled up easily! I was so pleasantly surprised by it!!

On a final note you can really tell the quality and the heart and soul that’s been put into creating a product to actually help peoples health! - and all for the price of a daily Starbucks (again, with non of the nasties!)

The quality of this product is unmatched. You can really taste the amount of effort, expertise and love that has gone into creating it. I’ve never come across a high quality protein powder that contains a full range of vitamins and minerals, supports digestion and doesn’t contain any nasties or taste synthetic. This product ticks all of those boxes! It’s an incredible all-rounder that tastes like a delicious treat but has countless health benefits to support your body - A real game changer!

Great product for everyone, but especially for those who are health-conscious. Clean, high-quality, pure ingredients, full of goodness, no nasties. Vegan with fibre, protein, superfoods, antioxidants, vitamins, minerals and a lovely delicate taste. Congrats Paula, nothing quite like it on the market! Well worth the money when you know how well it’s benefitting your body 😊

I have just tried your DEF. I made the purple haze smoothie with wild blueberries and added a sprinkle of Himalayan salt.
OMG the taste is amazing - love love it! It’s just the right sweetness- you have hit the jackpot with this one! There is no powder after taste either.

I know Paula @Synergised has worked really hard to get this right - and she really has!! You deserve huge success with DEF.
The product comes beautifully packaged with 5 wonderful smoothie recipes which is so helpful to get the best out of the product.
It is full of healthy ingredients and I no longer take my multi vitamin. This in itself is a huge financial saving.
I have been using the vanilla form protein performance powder which I know is good but I find it too sweet if I’m honest. I will definitely be using DEF as my go to healthy breakfast now.

The DEF is delicious and is so healthy - I no longer buy a multivitamin and use the DEF as my protein powder and multivitamin so it’s absolutely great value as well!

I LOVE IT !!! I’m very fussy with powders and flavors . But it’s got such a nice delicate flavor to it . Not to over powering , not chemically and cheap tasting . High quality ingredients. Will definitely repurchase ❤️ 10/10
