Duncan was very knowledgeable, friendly and professional, quickly putting me at ease. I've had a very difficult neck tension issue, which has taken longer to resolve than I had hoped, but Duncan has made significant progress with easing lots of knots and tight spots in my neck and back. Duncan has also given me some very helpful stretches which have loosened up key areas and helped relieve tension on the worse days. Duncan's rates are also very good for a central London practice.

Duncan’s office is clean, safe, well located and easy to get to.

Duncan is an excellent practitioner. Clearly well-experienced, professional and capable at acupuncture and acupressure, I got immediate symptom relief for an inflamed hip which allowed me to run the London Marathon.

Duncan’s treatments have been a game changer for my low back pain. I was having chronic low back pain for about 4 months and went to several specialists without any meaningful improvement.

The pain reached a point where I couldn’t sit for any meaningful length of time without significant pain.

Within one session Duncan was able to resolve my low back pain and I’m now comfortably able to sit for long periods without issue. Within the next few treatments I’m already feeling significantly better to the point where the back pain is pretty much a non issue.

If you’re at the point where other treatments have failed I’d highly recommend Duncan for his in depth knowledge of how the body works and amazing treatment!

I wholeheartedly recommend Duncan McGechi. Not only is he extremely skilled and knowledgeable- with formal training in acupuncture, Chinese medicine, myofascial and neuromuscular bodywork, and rehabilitation- but he is also a great listener and a reassuring presence.

He asks thoughtful questions to understand the root of the problem, takes a holistic approach- blending acupuncture with bodywork and tailored movement or exercise- and treats the whole person, not just the symptoms.

I see Duncan regularly for acupuncture for my Morton’s Neuroma. Most recently, I had a stiff neck: his method delivered an immediate improvement- truly miraculous.

His clinic in Lee is also fantastic- welcoming, calm and beautifully set up, which makes every session feel relaxed and therapeutic from the moment you arrive.

I’ve been receiving treatment from Duncan for over a year now for management of pain associated with arthritis and hypermobilty/EDSH and other associated issues that arise as part of this and menopause… it’s been a really helpful tool that has helped my whole system not just the management of pain .. I’ve been seeing Duncan at AcuBody Therapies in Holborn for the last few months, to help with a complex and chronic pain issue, that I’ve been suffering with for the past 8 years. A historical ankle injury that has led to misalignment, knee pain, torn hip cartilage, back pain, trapped nerves. The lot!
