Ich habe bei symbol.fashion Valentino Sneakers gekauft. Lange Lieferzeiten. Außerdem haben die Schuhe zahlreiche Gebrauchsspuren und sehen insbesondere an den Sohlen nicht wie neu sondern als getragen aus. Meiner Meinung nach wurden die Schuhe bereits getragen. Symbol.fashion sieht das aber als normal an und ist nicht zu einem Nachlass bereit. NIE MEHR WIEDER!!!

Placed an order a week ago, no processing, no shipping. No communication. Took the money and nothing. They do not accept paypal so now I have initiated a chargeback on my credit card to get my money back. Avoid, it's not worth wasting time and money.

I have ordered from here 2 times. Before the first shipment, they sent me the pictures since the product was damaged asking if i still wanted to have it. I decided to proceed with the shipment since it was the last one and I liked the product. I went to fix imperfections and paid myself for it. The second time i ordered shoes. Again, they send me pictures saying the product is damaged (second time in a row becomes quite suspicios), but I can still return it later if something is wrong. When product arrived, i tried shoes and they run small to me, so i decided to return. Fun part stars here. Once my return was delivered i have not received any confirmation. I waited for some time and wrote myself. They told me i damaged the shoes and they can not accept the return regardless of the fact that they sent product to me already damaged. I still havent recevied money back, shoes were expensive. What they do, they try to get rid of damaged items that unlekily to sell and then dont accept the return blaming the customers for it. Despite of the EU law, no refund has been received. Better avoid this shady ecom platoform.

Fantastic selection of designers, great deals on current collection, superb packaging and their customer service is outstanding!! Their CS answer nearly instantly and is very helpful and friendly! I am so happy with my purchases, thanks a lot ❤️🔥
Keep in mind that the delivery for some items (without the fast shipping symbol) can take up to two weeks but I really don’t mind, the shipping and returns are already free which is great 👍👍

Le scarpe (Autry trovate ad un prezzo ottimo) sono arrivate un giorno prima del previsto, l'imballaggio era perfetto e mettono anche una busta in caso fosse un regalo.

Sono proprio felice di recensire questo negozio che solo recentemente ha iniziato a spedire in Italia! Ho comprato un sandalo di Jil Sander ad un prezzo veramente conveniente! Il servizio clienti mi ha sempre tenuta aggiornata in merito alla spedizione e dato tutte le informazioni possibili con tanto di foto! Per la spedizione sono necessari circa 10 giorni lavorativi! Consiglio questo negozio e sicuramente comprerò di nuovo da loro! Grazie ancora

Inizialmente ero un po' scettico, date le poche recensioni. Ho deciso di fare l'acquisto e non mi sono pentito, ho ricevuto tutto. Unica nota già segnalata, la spedizione è un po' lenta: impiega in genere una settimana, ma probabilmente nel prossimo futuro cambierà. Perfetta anche la procedura di reso. Faccio anche presente la disponibilità del personale che ti assiste durante le fasi dell'acquisto. Consigliato

In questo caso la recensione e' d'obbligo! Non solo il sito (e il negozio "fisico") esiste e NON e' una truffa, ma fra tutti i siti (e sono tanti!) che ho visitato SYMBOL e' sicuramente la migliore scelta! Per il vastissimo assortimento, la possibilita' di acquistare capi di pregio ad un ottimo prezzo, il format del sito semplicemente straordinario, l'assistenza e la cordialita' ECCELLENTI! Ti rispondono su fb, in chat live, su wathapp, addirittura se lo volete mandano le foto del prodotto con le misure! Il pacco arriva dopo circa due settimane (il viaggio e' lungo!) al service point di DHL che avete selezionato in fase di acquisto (gia' vi compare l'elenco, non dovete fare altro che inserire citta' e cap e vi trova il piu' vicino a voi!!!) il reso semplicissimo (attaccare etichetta di reso che troverete gia' all'interno del pacco avendo cura di togliere quelle gia' presenti e riportare il pacco allo stesso punto di ritiro DHL). Unica piccola difficolta' e' la lingua: se conoscete l'inglese e' perfetto, altrimenti scrivete in italiano si avvalgono di un traduttore). Aggiungo un motivo in piu' per acquistare da loro: se questo puo' aiutare il popolo ucraino ad uscire dalla guerra ben venga! Non da ultimo: gratis sia la spedizione che l'eventuale reso! In quest'ultimo caso per ogni dubbio o aggiornamento vi rispondera' un manager internazionale sul loro numero di wathapp. Insomma, 5 stelle solo perche' di piu' non si puo' dare😍

Ho ordinato un paio di Autry dal sito online . Ad essere sincero ero un po' spaventato, visto la pochezza di recensioni disponibili online... E invece tutto perfetto. Dopo l'acquisto sono stato contattato via WhatsApp da un manager per la conferma dell'acquisto, e dopo due settimane circa sono arrivate le scarpe. Prezzo MOLTO competitivo (il che avvalorava i miei dubbi) e spedizione in tempi ragionevoli. Farò sicuramente altri acquisti.
