I bought a pair of blue light glasses off this company, at first it was saying they got delievered when they weren’t, I got in contact with a lad called Noah who helped me massively, he let me know my package will be delivered, gave me a proper tracking link and gave me updates. I am very happy with the product itself, there is definitely a difference now when I’m using my phone. I highly recommend this.

Brought a pair of glasses with prescription lenses a couple of weeks ago, customer service is great, spoke to Noah who was extremely helpful and made sure everything on prescription was correct.
Glasses are very well made and extremely comfortable.
I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for good quality glasses at an affordable price along with excellent customer service.

These glasses are perfect! They took about 21 days but other than that I will definitely repurchase.

Still happy with my purchase I bought last year. Light weight and comfortable for all day use. However need to up the strength on my glasses so have purchased a new pair. Looking forward to receiving them.

I ordered a lovely pair of glasses for my son at an excellent price, and they arrived within two weeks in perfect condition and packaging. The glasses themselves were excellent, and the prescription was spot on. I was so impressed with the quality and service that I went on to order two more pairs!

****SCAM*****Glasses have taken so far 6 weeks to be delivered and they are still not here!
They refuse to give me a refund as I have had to go someone else, I have never known anything like this. Don’t waste your money on them. I payed for express delivery for nearly £15 & was guaranteed to be here within a week, however when I emailed them they said that’s just the process time of making the glasses, so false advertisement right there! Don’t trust a word they say absolute scam!

So far so good. The whole process is a bit lengthy however they eye wear has showed up and is amazing.

10-10 placed an order on this website, its 29-11 now and nothing delivered yet.

I’m moving house so will never see these glasses, shipment of these guy’s is super slow. How can a company sell you stuff when they cant even deliver in a few weeks thats totally crazy.

They make it easy to pick and choose what works for the specifications I need. The customer service is also very quick and accommodating.

Excellent glasses lot of selection ordered another pair so very helpful at choosing lens etc, email you very quickly to verify you have chosen correct lenses etc would highly recommend.

Excellent, patient, friendly & thorough customer service, this is now my second order. The first order I was so happy with the frames, very light, so now I am waiting for the 2nd order to arrive, but it is the customer support team that makes all the difference. If that didn't exist, for sure I would not be returning to Syght Glass. I hope your management reads these reviews and the support team receives the credit appreciation and good decent salary they deserve, because without them, you don't have a successful company, you can have great products, but they are you're frontline!

The Syght Glass are very cooperative and very polite company to work with. The glasses are very, very good, and when ordered, you receive a box, etui and a chain for each papir of glasses. I’m gonna order my glasses again for sure.

I’m leaving 3 stars for now. The product itself may be fine, but the customer service experience has been disappointing. After several back-and-forth emails, I’m still no further forward in getting a proper update on my order. Instead of handling it directly, I was told to contact the courier myself.

As a customer, I shouldn’t have to chase multiple companies to find out where my parcel is. It is the retailer’s responsibility to track the order and keep their customers informed — not to shift the responsibility elsewhere.

If this is resolved promptly and professionally, I’ll be happy to revise my rating. However, if nothing changes, I will lower it accordingly.

This is my 3rd time ordering from Syght glasses due to the gorgeous new frames and wide variety of styles being uploaded on their website. I stare at screens all day and blue light glasses have reduced my eye strain, I come home from work and don’t feel as tired. They’re high quality and affordable. Even if you’re skeptical about blue light being a ‘placebo effect’, it’s worth the buy due to the affordability and read the reviews, they do speak for themselves!

Syght Glass has a wonderful range of frames to choose from and they got my prescription absolutely perfect. The customer service is absolutely amazing and the Blue Light Blocker add on really helps me as I stare at a screen all day for work. Would highly recommend shopping with Syght Glass.

Overall great product the 365 day warranty for defects and the like is very handy and offered to send replacement nosepads when one of mine fell off
