I’ve now ordered from Syght Glass twice and both experiences have been very smooth. The ordering process was straightforward, delivery was on time, and the glasses feel high quality for the price.

The frames are comfortable, lightweight, and look exactly like the photos online. Customer service has also been responsive and helpful whenever I had questions.

Overall, I’m very happy with my purchase and would order again.

Very happy with my multifocals. Also got the blue light for work screens. So much cheaper than buying here in Australia. Noah was very helpful and replied quickly to my request for a health fund receipt. It does take a while to receive them but I had expected that to be the case. Will definitely purchase again!

I ordered two blue light glasses on September 4th, but by November I still had not received my order. The company placed two replacement orders, yet only one package eventually arrived. When I finally received the glasses, they were bent and damaged. After months of waiting, this was extremely disappointing. I would not recommend ordering from this company.

They offer good quality items for a very competitive price. Their support is very quick and solved my issue (I realised I ordered a wrong frame size) in no time.

I love syght glass. There frames are much more modern and nicer then high street brands. (Also cheaper)

Truly amazing sight has amazing deals on glasses comes quickly and are such sturdy frames! Great for mums with children who like to break them or pull them easily fit nicely on the face and genuinely high quality with such a range of different deigns and styles which is something I’ve struggled with on other sights!

US BASED CUSTOMERS THEY SHIP FROM CHINA and thier customer service doesn't even understand what a tariff is and why that would be a problem for me so probably don't order from them.

Hands down, one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had!

To start off, I live in Australia which makes shipping sometimes a nightmare with international companies. I got concerned (preemptively) about my package making it in time for Christmas, but when I reached out they (Noah) reassured me it was on time and being taken care of even whilst out of their hands. Lo and behold it arrived the next day, right on time, package in perfect condition.

Secondly, one pair of glasses I got with the BOGO deal fit slightly bigger than expected, so I reached out again about possible replacements/returns, or resizing. Because they were in a BOGO deal, I couldn’t return or replace them but Noah offered me a similar pair slightly smaller for FREE. And of course with that a shipment fee — it’s not cheap to ship to Australia — which I was more than happy to pay after being offered a free pair of glasses.

The glasses are great quality, I got two (now 3) blue light blockers for my partner and all 3 frames are super stylish and comfortable. You can tell the blue light blockers are legit the moment you take them out of the casing.

Noah was more than helpful, he responded straight away, with more than a concern for my needs but also went above and beyond when it came to his response and customer service skills.

I’ve been in customer service/hospo/retail my whole professional life and never have I ever felt so taken care of immediately for an online order.

Noah deserves a raise, honestly. They made the whole experience amazing!

I ordered two pairs of Raider frame glasses with Varifocal lenses with blue tint anti reflective coating. The process of ordering was quick and simple. And the final product is excellent. Well made, solid and look great. I will certainly use Syght Glass again.
