Highly recommended in every way
Such a lovely wig, really realistic and easy to put on. I had problems with the Post Office delivery and the company responded straight away and were super helpful. Don’t bother going anywhere else - shop here!

The BEST wigs ever!!!!!
The wigs and customer care are excellent. The wigs are beautiful, they feel and look real, they are worth every bit of money. I look no where else anymore for wigs only switchupstyle, Switchupstyle respons very quickly and sometimes leaves little notes with orders has a thank you for your order. Orders arrive quickly too.
I've tried many of switchupstyle wigs and I love them all especially Katia and Garbriela ..... my fav 💓 💛

Absolutely amazing

Not overly happy at the item
Not overly happy at the item. Postage etc fine but the quality isn’t great and it looks awful on. Lots of hair falling out and it’s so thick it looks unnatural. My comments were deleted so they just show positive reviews. A bit unfair you can’t get a refund.

With our long haired wigs, light shedding on the first few wears is to be expected due to the manufacturing process, but this shedding will not continue once the 'loose hairs' have fallen and the hair has been brushed several times.
Please note, we do not delete any of our comments and you will see from our ads we have a range of feedback and questions from customers. Due to the facebook algorithm, 'most relevant' comments are displayed at the top of the ads.

Ordered after losing a lot of my own hair due to overprocessing. He quality of these wigs for the price is unbelievable!! Not too shiny or "wiggy" looking. I have had so many positive comments about my hair!

Fantastic customer service
Wig arrived in good time! Lovely package - however the one I had chooser- didn’t look real and the hair falls out when I picked up the wig. I had asked how I return it only to be told - you can’t if you have undone the paper sticker or opened the wig in any way. How are you supposed to judge the wig if you can’t see it out the box !! £75.00 out of pocket for something that can
only be worn as fancy dress :(
Updated to 5 stars for the customer service. Receiving a replacement wig and the customer service I received was fantastic. Just need to sort an easier way the wigs can be looked at and returned safely if not suitable. Thanks you again x

I'm really sorry to hear that you are unsatisfied with your recent purchase. Our product quality and your satisfaction is paramount and we take all feedback (both negative & positive) on board. Please note that some light shedding is to be expected with the first few brushes & wears of the wig as there will be some loose hairs due to the manufacturing process, however if this wig is excessively shedding we consider this a defected product and would be more than happy to offer you a replacement to be shipped out immediately.
I also totally understand frustrations regarding packaging, we initially put a lot of effort to create a beautiful boxing experience to compliment a quality product, however upon feedback - we also understand that this makes checking the colour & style difficult along side our refund policy. We are currently re-designing our packaging to make this process easier.
Please look out for an email from me in regards to this and we will find a resolution :)

Absolutely love this wig, I’ve bought 2, the Demi and the Jasmine and plan on adding another to my collection. The quality is amazing, feels like real hair so soft and shiny. Would definitely recommend.

Wonderful Wigs & Service
I have absolutely nothing negative to say about this company ! The wigs are fantastic quality and the price is mad reasonable. I actually now have 10 wigs from here (I have the same one twice as it’s the one I wear to work) and I couldn’t complain about any of them. I received a personal email to let me know that my order was slightly delayed (honestly, it was not a long wait at all!) and when one of my orders got lost in the post they re-sent it with a gorgeous gift inside too. The customer service is amazing, they really keep you updated and they’re so friendly and the wigs are so wonderful. I’ve bought wigs from around 10 different companies and this is the only company that I know I’ll be coming back to time and time again. Cannot rave enough ! Thank you, thank you, thank you for giving me so much confidence by creating such a great product. OH ! And the packaging is even nicer than packaging for wigs I’ve had that were hundreds of pounds. It is so obvious how much care and consideration has been put in by SUS.
