I’d like to thank Tamara for all her helpfulness and company has been excellent.

The work was completed to a very high standard paying attention to small details. All the rubbish cleared and despite me saying I can hover I didn't get to. All the guys were polite and considerate. Very hard working.
Tammy was the project manager and felt like my friend. Not a bad word can I say.

Switch Energy installed solar panels to my home 3 years ago.
At the time I was very pleased with the whole process and communication with the team.
However a month ago my invertor became faulty
I rang Switch - and had the good fortune of speaking with Dominic the Operations Manager.
How refreshing it was to speak to someone knowledgeable and extremely helpful - who also did exactly what he said he would
Within 2 weeks my new invertor had been delivered and installed.
The fitter from FoxEss - Lewis- was also fantastic.
He went the extra mile for me - making sure my App was fully working and that I was happy.
Again - thanks especially to Dominic and your team for making what was a stressful situation for me - so much easier.
I cant thank him enough for resolving my problem so promptly.

From start to finish, I was kept informed of all appointments and installs. The workmanship was always to a high standard, by very professional people who were always polite and diligent.
Switch have been great in sorting out loft insulation, air source heat pump central heating and solar panels. Very much looking forward to cheaper bills.

First of all most helpful, patient and quickly explained the choices i had, a positive call all in all, so thanks for that Zamo.

Our experience was fantastic from start to finish - our project manager Tamarah Varley made everything run so smoothly - kept us in the loop the whole time and absolutely knew what she was doing!

Every team member and contracted business involved in the 6 week operational process were superb…knowledgeable, focused. Friendly and clean and tidy! 5 stars!

Anna was always available, knowledgeable and helpful. Nothing was too big or small. Given the number of companies involved Anna was on top of it and ensured everything went as smooth as possible.

Had a great experience with Switch Energy, from the initial contact with Tamarah (who kept me in the loop from start to finish, including updates and any possible hindrances, 5* to her)
To the boys who did the insulation NH Limited (very quick and efficient despite my stress levels haha) to the 3 guys from Taggas who installed the water tank and heat pump ( Luke/Josh & Charlie who were very nice and informative and enjoyed the cuppas/biscuit and cakes haha…work better for it for sure 😂) even my dog liked them and he’s as antisocial as I am 😂…not to mention a few others like Kelly from Taggas, answered and sorted my few set up teething issues and the couple of electricians that also came and/or WhatsApp’s me to also help…all in all…a good experience that I wasn’t expecting…and also a faster turnaround than I was expecting considering how much was done in such a short amount of time.. well done Team

The whole team were great.
Tamarah looked after us and was always available to deal with any questions.
We were kept up to date from start to finish.
All of the specialist were great. They were chatty, approachable and very professional. It made a disruptive job very bearable and I would certainly recommend them to anyone.

The work that has been done to the house has completely changed it, the warmth it now holds makes it a nicer place to live. Thank you to NH Ltd for the incredible job of installing the insulation, leaving an incredibly tidy finish. Thank you to the one man team from Taggas, who did an expert job of installing radiators on walls that are far too thick! They are fantastic and have really changed the house for the better. Thank you to SJ who installed the solar panels which look absolutely great, really modernising the building. Thank you to all the people in between who were all excellent. Special thanks to Tamarah Varley, who coordinated the operation to perfection. Tamarah has been absolutely unbelievable throughout and I can not thank her enough!

So let’s start from begin :-) first person who I have honour to contact on that journey was amazing Tamarah Varley who did her job amazingly perfect ! She explained everything fantastically and if there was something what was not clear for me she did again, most patient and kind person which I ever meet . She did everything and more for me and my house :-) organised everything perfectly :-) I don’t have words to thank her enough :-) Also I think Tamarah really deserve bonus
from her bosses as not very often you find the person who is so enthusiastic and dedicated to work like Tamarah is :-) Anyway thank you Tamarah !! First jobs which was carried out on my house was insulation and plastering and that was done by Andrew and his boys, who was fast and efficient and very clean. Also very helpfully if I need something extra , great team :-) next job which was done on my house was my heating pump and all radiators done by Luke , Shaun and Charlie amazingly skilled boys :-) they did great job . There was some little leak which I noticed few weeks after ,but there was no problem with fixing it as I just call Taggas and they sent team back to fix it :-) there was electricians in my house ( don’t remember names as they was so fast and leave my house before I memorised them names ha ha ) also there was 2 guys putting scaffolding on my house :-) I was amazed how fast they put that scaffold up and how professional that looks :-) thank you :-) other team who visit my house was installing my solar panels :-) they was amazing but I fell sorry for them as weather in that day was horrible really bad ( rain , wind cold just horrible) and they still did it :-)they even changed one of my broken slates when I ask them .So thank you guys :-) I also had 2 boys installed my gutters.Great job boys and thank you :-) New Vision boys make my day by changing my old single glazed windows to a beautiful double glazed one :-) total professionalism!! Amazed with you guys ! Takes them Only 2 days and I have my New Vision from my windows and amazing views which I don’t have before:-) thank you guys great job and good advices how to care for that beauties :-) So all good people Tamarah and her teams are really worth to recommend them Thank you all and sorry if I don’t remember all your names ( remember your faces instead of) I hope that review will helps you when you will look for your company to do your house regards Joanna

The customer service was exceptional, from first contact to completion. I spoke to Kirean regarding the work which would be carried out. Kirean explained exactly how the work would proceed, always friendly and helpful. We both remarked how professional and polite each person who came to our home was. Dean the survayor, Michael electrician, Jake plumber, Daniel and his Romanian team, such diligence. Thank you all for your hard work. Our home is now a lot warmer.Kind regards Julian and Frances

Couldn’t be happier with our recent insulation installed by Newholme Ltd.The guys worked extremely hard and to a high standard.The heat pump system was fitted by two men from Taggas and again worked tirelessly under challenging conditions!..The whole project was overseen by Beatrice who has been so helpful and professional throughout..Highly recommended!.

Very happy with all the work that has been carried out on the house, from start to finish! My project manager Anna was amazing really easy to speak to, and probably one of the most friendliest people I’ve ever spoken to on the phone, She helped deal with a bathroom and kitchen situation that I had, and was able to move a few date's around for me too. I feel lucky to have had her dealing with my house, and anyone who gets a signed Anna to there Grant will be equally as lucky as I was.

The workmen were professional, clean and trustworthy.

We applied for a grant that was offered by Switch Energy, wondering if it was a real thing. Within an hour, I received an initial xall explaining want it was, who they were and what could be offered.
A survey was arranged to check our property was eligible as we were off grid with heating supplied by propane bottles. The surveyor explained that we ware able to getnew insulation for the loft area and a roof space in one bedroom, new heat source heating system With new radiators and pipework, and solar panels on the roof to offset the extra electric.
Within a month I had a call from Beatrice, who would be our project manager to explain every step and arrange dates for all the contractors to come and start.
First to arrive was an electrician yo fit an isolator switch then the insulation team( Newholme) came and laid extra insulation in the loft an to inuslate the bedroom wall and replaster. They also fitted 2 extractor fans in the bathroom and kitchen. A week later, the contractors arrived to change the heating system (Taggas). Again they were brilliant, worked continuously and were very conscientious and cleaned up and protected all flooring. While they were here, another electrian arrived to complete the electrical connection for the new system. When it was completed, they walk us around to show what had been done and to explain how the heating works. The scaffolders(DES) arrived to put up the scaffold for the fitting of the solar panels and the solar panels were fitted a few days later by SJ insulations. 3 days later, the scaffold was removed.
Within 3 weeks, all the work had been completed to and excellent standard. I have nothing but praise for all the contractors that worked here and especially to Beatrice, for managing everything, always phoning to say who's coming and when, and for checking that everything was done to a high standard and that we were happy with the work
