Having never sold a property before, I had to be guided through the process. This inevitably led to me asking several questions. Abbie Lee, my main contact within Swiitch was very patient and more than happy to answer every step of the way. Either Abbie or Sasha were available at the end of the phone or email whenever required. The sale process whilst not smooth (it seems what property sales are) was made not so rough by having friendly, helpful and encouraging people offering advice and assistance throughout. It went to the wire - but as Abbie said as I cheered down the phone on hearing that we had completed 'we got there in the end'. Indeed we did, thank you.
Only negative and it was due to a technical issue - not personnel. On completion the sale funds were delayed in reaching bank accounts, which whilst not a problem for us may have been if we were reliant an receiving the money to complete on a purchase.

You hear horror stories of conveyancers who are slow and cause problems, but we were genuinely very impressed with Yas Nezirai, always very quick to respond and kept us updated as things progressed. It seems most people have a list of conveyancing solicitors to avoid, but Yas and Swiitch will be at the top of our list to use again.
