I was a little sceptical about using an online servjce for my house sale. I was mainly worried about the lack of communication that we get nowadays, in the form of unanswered emails and automated message. This could not be further from the experience I received. From start to finish the process was seemless. The online portal was easy to use, and with clear instructions, self explanatory. I dealt with one assigned Paralegal Abi Atkinson, who I have today was brilliant,
she kept me up to date regularly and Abi dealt with every email I sent her the same day, this was very reassuring and much appreciated. I would highly recommend Abi and Swiitch.
