Yas and Dan at Swiitch were professional, polite, patient, and clear on any questions we had. We had doubts about the “new” way of conveyancing (no face to face old fashioned form) but our team were nothing short of brilliant - saying they were on top of it is putting it mildly, especially with the searches.
Unless an Act of God happens we will be using them again and telling everyone we know to use them.

Buying a house is stressful enough but having Dhillon in my corner made it feel like a breeze.

I had a great experience with Dhillon, who handled my property purchase and registration. He was incredibly helpful, responsive, and proactive throughout the whole process. He regularly chased things up without me even having to prompt him, which made everything so much smoother and gave me great peace of mind.

Dhillon also made sure the exchange happened as soon as possible. Even though he wasn’t available that afternoon, he went the extra mile to obtain the necessary consent and approval so that the exchange could still go ahead without unnecessary delay.

I really appreciated his professionalism, dedication, and willingness to go above and beyond. He made what could have been a stressful process feel straightforward and well managed. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Dhillon, he truly was fantastic.
