We recently moved house using Swift and the whole experience was first-class.

Ours was a fairly large move carried out over three days. The team from Swift worked efficiently and professionally throughout and, most importantly, did everything exactly as they said they would.

Based on our experience, we would definitely recommend Swift.

Thanks to the team as a whole including Mark, Nigel and Davo.

Swift removals moved us into storage nearly 2 years ago and I have to say the experience was not great, however moving us out of storage into our new house in Devon was fantastic. David, Liam,Harry and Simon were a delight to have around for 5 days and the worked really hard and professionally. These guys easily made up for our indifferent first experience.

Liam, Craig and Dave were great! We were a little worried because two of the expected crew didn’t turn up to work today, but the three of them managed to move a four bedroom house in one day. They were polite, fun and careful. Thank you team!

Rude and ignorant- blocked our driveaway all day, we were patient until I needed to get out in the evening and decided to tell me to "chill". Also happily blocked all access to the road with both their vans too. Don't use unless you want to upset your new neighbours

Yesterday, Richard, Tyrone and Niche moved me and all my belongings. From start to finish, they were completely professional and nothing was too much trouble. They worked tireless over 2 days, and I had no qualms about leaving them alone.
I would recommend them, and Swift Removals, to anyone.

After a long drive to get to us, Andy and Luke arrived cheerful and ready to get going. They worked very hard and did a fantastic job. They were very good with my 90 year old mother who enjoys a bit of banter. We would be happy to have them back to unload when we're ready to do that.

Harry & Kieron did a wonderful job when they took a flat-full of furniture and boxes to storage for me.
Time wise was great. They were polite, friendly, calm, very careful and respectful with my things.
A big thank you to you both for making my move so much smoother and stress-free.

We initially were contacted by Ashley at Swift to assess our potential move and our possessions and his attitude was both helpful and informative and the price quoted for our 2 day move to Lincolnshire was very competitive. We put forward a provisional date for the move on a Thursday but unfortunately a buyer within our purchasing chain altered the date by a week and a day and delayed the contract exchange date. Frustratingly Jeremy in the office was not so helpful saying could not be done but after ringing Ashley the move was arranged as collect on a Thursday and dropping to new house on Monday ( we arranged accomodation near our new home for a few days ) . Nick as leader and Sanchez were superb and courteous in the loading and on the Monday in Lincolnshire new home Nick and Tyrone once again went above and beyond , working hard and putting furniture wherever we wanted it including taking garden ornaments and furniture through a tight gate into the garden . In conclusion a good end to a stressful move .

Dave and Liam were a fantastic team who made the move so easy and fun. They were polite and courteous at all times. They are both a credit to your company and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. Nothing was too much trouble. Many thanks

Our team were Lewis and Richard, who were fantastic, so efficient and hard working. They were extremely kind and thoughtful toward my mum who was finding the move difficult after over 60 years in her house. Nothing was too much trouble for them and their cheerfulness made a difficult day much easier. It was pouring with rain and every effort was made to keep the floors as clean as possible both moving out and moving in. I would definitely recommend Swift Removals, very glad we used them.

Moving house is always a stressful experience but the team at Swifts made it as easy as possible. The packing and loading was done with efficiency and good humour by Dave, Liam, Curtis and Simon. The van was extremely full at the end and they had to have several repacks to get everything in, it they managed it. Due to problems with our chain, the unload had to be delayed until Monday 27th. In fact, because of staff sickness, only Dave and Liam were on the van. This meant they had to work extra hard and also the removal unload did not complete until lunchtime the following day. Again, they worked incredibly hard and their expertise in fitting large pieces of furniture through narrow passageways and up steep stairs was impressive. Well done guys. An excellent job all round. I would not hestitate to recommend Swifts Removals very highly. They were professional, good humoured, hard working and skillful in everything. Thank you Swifts.

I was apprehensive about using movers but Swift made the process so simple. The guys on the day were great. They had quite a big job to do but nothing was a problem for them. Everything was packed and moved with care and consideration. The best part was having things put back together like the bed, cot, sofa etc so so so helpful!

Very efficient throughout the process with a competitive price. The team worked hard when packing and unloading and Rich, Harry, Kaleb and Nick were always courteous and polite. I do not hesitate to recommend.

All round excellent service, swift response to quotes, invoices, and team on time as agreed. Caliub and Curtis who carryout out the heavy lifting were polite, eager to get it right and handled our furniture with care. Was a brilliant experience all round.

Given the other positive reviews I'm really shocked that we had such an awful experience. Crew Turned up 45 mins late citing traffic but I had already travelled to Cheltenham and Back that same morning and had no issues. Moaned and groaned from the moment they got to the house. Damaged washing machine as refused to let me put in transport bolts. Carried piano on its side! Second crew that came to help were brilliant but VERY poor service from the first crew. Was over £500 more expensive than all other companies quotes that we've used before. Had argument with the crew lead at one point, when he refused to dismantle my dining table despite me having paid for it to be dismantled. The way they were carrying it was by non weight bearing legs. Because they were late, they didn't finish on time and we ended up having to move stuff from the rear to the front of the house ourselves. As I was recovering from a serious back issue and was being treated for cancer at the time, this was appalling that we had to do this. We managed to get key in to estate agent 13.59. 1 minute before we started to be charged. We had to leave belongings at the house - even then they left a large planter that we have taken from house to house. Would not recommend this crew albeit the second crew were fab. No matter what response they give this was our experience and its was awful. I'm not sure which area they came from although it was a 01684 439585 number so think it was the Malvern or Gloucester crew. Simon, Jason and Jack were the three crew members that came - it was a 4 bed house with double garage and garden planters/plants. 3 crew was not enough. Jeremy Britten was the lead manager. Even found unable to communicate properly with customers - rather he would state info, quickly and as if reading off a script and not relatable. It was a very very bad service. I think the other crew were led by Dave - they were brilliant and hard workers, jolly and got on with the job. So hats off to them. Simon, Jason and Jack should take a leaf out of their book frankly.

We had the cleaning team in and they were awesome. Absolutely brilliant and such a good idea. They were hard working and left the house spotless. Nothing was too difficult for them.

Haven't reviewed until now because of cancer treatment but still feel really let down months on and so I hope that this feedback gets back to the crew and they think twice before behaving like that again. And also praise to the other crew and cleaners.

Dreadful experience with this company. Sadly sentimental items were not packed properly and were broken, items were lost which were of sentimental value as well. Dalian, Harry and Lewis were the saving factor in this horrendous experience. Would certainly not recommend them to any friends or family.

Great experience moving with Tyrone and Harry - they were upbeat and positive throughout, nothing was too much trouble. We didn't feel rushed at any point and they were very careful with our belongings. Before the move organising and then having to move the date was straightforward and the boxes and packing materials provided were excellent. Thank you Harry and Tyrone and Swift removals. Highly recommend.
