The girl has been nothing short of useless…
The girl has been nothing short of useless for me when dealing with my tax refund. Asked me for 36 months of bank statements which I have sent 1 but she cannot save a picture despite asking for a photo? How?
The whole process is becoming a lot more stressful than it needs to be and it just makes swift refunds a completely incompetent company. I’m now being asked for mileage reports and job cards and swift has threatened me with a £700 fine if I don’t send them in before Boxing Day. I’ve sent them in and heard they haven’t even reviewed everything else I’ve sent. Absolute morons this lot are

Tax refund easy to do
Very easy service only thing is have to wait around for a while for letters ect but on swifts side of things everything was fast always responsive on emails and calls ect

Take about a year to actually do anything and submitted some tax return after all that time which end up me owing money to HMRC and that’s not before switch refunds charging me £72!! Absolute joke of a company so do not use!!!

Absolutely shocking Company they put…
Absolutely shocking Company they put through 12 grands worth of alleged expenses on my behalf resulting in an HMRC investigation fortunately I had an email chain with these jokers so no further action and it turns out they are looking for claims from these so called tax professionals Due to the anomaly of the claims.
Avoid like the plague Lads these jokers are sinister !!!
Also worth saying you are liable for the pay out not these Jokers so you will have to pay back the full amount plus a fine.
