Very Happy with the Heat pump we have had installed. Darren installed it within 2 days which is quite impressive.

The fitters were all good, competent workers and completed the job on time and kept it tidy.
Some minor niggles required a couple of returns to tweak the system to work as it should. These were completed with little fuss and all looks great now

My old system was broke and I struggled to find someone to fix it but Swift come to my aid and help me find the right system , we decided a combi boiler was the best option, couldn't be happier with my Vailant boiler the pressure is sk much better, credit to Tristan and Deans team

Air source heat pumped delivered with damages and has yet to be commissioned - despite MCS being told the job has been completed and Swift receiving the grant for an incomplete job. We have had to chase every step of the installation process, and still chasing now, 2 months after delivery.
We would appreciate some communication urgently and commissioning completed so we can move in to our home, as this is now delaying everything.

Had an issue with a pump and they came and sorted within the week.

Overall a smooth install, team of 4 over 3 days installed the heat pump and cylinder without a fault or issue, heating is working lovely and heating up the whole house, house was left clean and the rubbish was all removed, showed me how to use the system and offered support through online video calls.

Swift Heating Solutions have just installed a heat pump (Daikin) and its equipment (hot water cylinder etc) for us. They also installed an additional radiator and changed a some of the existing ones to make sure rooms would get sufficient heat. A re-pipe to wider bore piping, where possible, was also done. This was a significant amount of work and it was carried out over the planned three days. The team worked really well, with between three to five people at work on any day. The electricians came in on day 3 and the system was commissioned on day 4.
We are really happy with the installation and the heat pump must be working well (I haven't been aware of it working yet) because we have plenty of hot water!
All of the team were friendly and helpful and cleaned up well after themselves. Inevitably there was disruption in the house over 3 days (I recommend clearing space by radiators and in the loft beforehand) and the odd hole that needs tidying up, but this is entirely expected in such a job.
There is some new space where the old boiler was where I will install shelves. The outside wall opposite the old boiler was bricked-up by Swift with well matching bricks. There is also a lot more potential space in the loft now that the header tanks have been taken out of use and sealed off.
All in all, a very good job which we are well pleased with. I would definitely recommend them.

My boiler broke down and I was looking for a replacement but I come across Air source heat pumps. I looked in a directory and come across Swift , I phoned up and spoke with James and he was brilliant. The workforce were so polite and clean and were very “Swift” . I have a smart meter and I am already a saving so much money!

We have Just had an 8KW Daikin Air Source Heat Pump + New immersion cylinder, buffer cylinder, and X4 radiators very professionally Installed by Swift HS. I have got to say that the service has been genuinely 1st Class, from the design, the pre- planning and then its execution. Dean, James and Tristan have been extremely knowledgable throughout the process, and the Plumbing team of Darren, Bradley and Mason have been top class throughout. They have been neat and tidy throughout. Many other quotes from other contractors seemed vague, and opted for short cuts. Swift definitely did things the correct way, which wasn't always easy for them, to ensure we have the most efficient heating system possible. Do not hesitate to invite them for an assessment. Highly recommended . They will not disappoint !!
