Great company all round 5 stars
They have different pickup depots for ease. The vans are all either new or nearly new so full of easy to use appliances. Driving is easy with them being automatic and also easy to handle. Staff are very informative and friendly, happy to go through things more than once. Would recommend to anyone.

Great Motorhome with all the extras
From booking to picking up the motorhome,and the returning it back after our holiday, this was really easy and smooth. The motorhome was great. Was everything we needed and more . With the dedicated Motorhome Sat Nav and Wifi included was a bonus. There was also outside chairs and table included, but due to the weather we was unable to use😕. All the staff where very good and helpful. We would definitely hire again 😊

Great experience
The hand over was easy and all explained. I did a video in case we forgot anything.
Loved the motorhome, worked perfectly for us at our festival.
Returning the vehicle was also straightforward and everyone at SwiftGo were friendly and professional.
An easy booking process and excellent service.

Greeted with a smile
Cory greeted us with a smile. Told us that we had picked the perfect van for a festival.
Explained everything clearly and showed us around.
On return we checked back in perfectly polite and our deposit returned within minutes.
Great service and cheaper than actually owning a van

A lovely week away with Swift Go Edinburgh
Last year I booked and had to cancel last minute with genuine reason. Martin and his team at the Edinburgh office gave me a full refund, no questions asked. I recently had a delightful week hire and again Martin and all his staff couldn't of been more helpful, with early pick up (as stayed in area overnight before hire) ... even taking time to show me around his fleet at the end of hire. I felt a really good "family company" feeling with Swift Go hire, endorsed by staffing who have worked there for a very long time. Well done Swift Go at the Edinburgh Office ... a credit to Swift Group (Swift Leisure).

Super clean vehicle
Super clean vehicle. Good service from the staff at swift - only thing that stopped it being a five star was a problem with the waste disposal that looked like it had been a problem for a while as it had been taped and had a couple of cable ties.

SwiftGo Edinburgh is THE place to hire...
SwiftGo Edinburgh is the place to hire a motorhome or campervan! Martin is extremely professional, customer oriented, friendly and goes out of his way to help. Their vehicles are clean, new and in good working order. The booking is direct and uncomplicated, not through a generic booking service. Absolutely as the name says: swift & go!
The depot is actually in Livingston, which is about 20min on a direct train from Waverley or a 10 min taxi ride from the airport, but Martin even arranged for a drop-off at the station after we returned the motorhome. They have a waste disposal area on site in case a stop before returning the vehicle was not possible. He even offered gloves (but we had bought some.)
His little dog Lola is so adorable and welcoming too. Definitely recommend this rental company!

A great experience
The whole booking process from start to finish was easy and communication from Swift go staff was great.
This was our first time in a Motorhome and the experience was very good.
Pick up went well, but did feel a bit more explaining was needed for certain accessories as being first timers. ie. How WiFi works, Connecting to TV.
Anyway off we set on our amazing adventure 😁.
The Motorhome was great and an ideal size for 2 people (Voyager 505).
Thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience and will definitely book again in the future.
