My fiance brought me a ring that had black onyx all alarms. Within the 1st 2 weeks all the block was gone and It was glad to adjust. The shade of gold. I'm not sure of the exact order number or the exact date but I could get it.Please get back to me at 9179715513. Also I bought a ring for her. That was great and we love it.

Buyers beware please take a look at the photos. The one on the left is what they're advertising the one on the right is what was received. They refuse to return the entire amount they want to withhold $10. They stated because they did not make a mistake well, it's not quite what is advertised.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! 00000 STARS!!!!! I ordered a ring off their website in November. After finally receiving it in January, it looked pretty much nothing like the photos. Instead of a full refund they wanted me to keep the ring and only give me $10 back. No thanks! So, I had to return the ring, shipping paid for by me and I purchased another ring with the money I already paid plus additional money to make up the cost for the new ring which was more expensive plus shipping again. That was in January. Now we're almost into April and I've yet to receive my new ring. When I email them to see what is taking so long they give me a bunch of ridiculous excuses. Save your money! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

I paid for expedited shipping and they said they would expedite it which makes zero sense, then they came back following day with it's caught up in processing due to their "busy time of year" bulls*** answer. They gave me nothing for free, no discount off, no money back. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

I ordered a ring on February 22 and asked about the status after 21 days only to be told it takes time. Well, it's passed the 5-15 days they claim. It's false advertising and I don't have money to help out with this scam they have going😒 I'm pissed off🤬

Ordered 7 weeks ago and still no shipping. They told me two weeks ago it would be shipped, and in 1 to 2 days I’d get the tracking information. Never happened. Followed up again, crickets. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!

I placed my order on feb 7th and its now march 10th and have not recieved a tracking number or my package and when i email about it i keep getting excuses. Wont be ordering from here again and will not recommend them to anybody

If I could give them less than a one star review, I would. This company is based in China and operates, in my opinion, unscrupulously. Their advertising stated that paying $25 would expedite shipping in 3 to 5 days. This did not happen. I opened a dispute with PayPal and sweetlove jewelry told me unless I closed the dispute, they would not ship the merchandise. I asked them to either ship the merchandise or refund my money, which, in a chain of emails, they stated that they had not been paid, and that they could not ship the jewelry as they may never get paid. This is a false statement as Pay Pal and Discover Card both state that the merchant has the payment! Sweetlove jewelry, then stated that they would ship the merchandise. 12 hours later another email stated that they were canceling the order and would not ship the merchandise, and that they had not been paid, and it may take “forever“ for them to get any money from PayPal. I have the chain of emails from my sweetlove, jewelry. In my opinion, if in my opinion, I would not deal with these vendor at all.

This company took my money 1 month ago. They say they will mail this last week now this week. They took my $81.00. They will not give me a refund.
Their excuse is, it's a busy time of the year!!! Xmas is a busy time of the year

Received my rings today after waiting a month, which is fine at least I did receive them reading some reviews some items never turned up, but anyway rings were lovely I would say over priced given the list of conditions that came with them

I ordered a sterling silver ring((#1200446452) back in early December and paid for express shipping. It did not arrive until after the first week of January. The ring felt very light, alomst like plastic. I took the ring to two jewelers and confirmed the ring is not silver. When I requested a refund Swetelove tried to get me to accept $10 and then $15 to keep the ring after I spent over $130 for a fradulent item. After I refused, they said it is too expensive to ship back. I demanded my refund and now they do not respond. This company is a scam. Read the reviews. They are all simliar. I am not going to US Customs to ensure consumers in the US are protected from this company.

I told you I would come back after giving the company a little more time. I received my FULL REFUND, because I used PayPal. DON'T EVER order from Swetelove Jewelry. It's all a scam!!!

This company is a fraud how dare them take advantage of Americans I placed an order for a ring and I never received it they sent you fake Federal Express pictures they give you phony tracking numbers that don't work that you are not able to track and they only answer your email once or twice and keep telling you that you're going to receive your your merchandise these people are fraud it is a scam! Do not ever use them I have reported them to the Better Business Bureau I don't even want my money back I don't want to do business with them anymore this is a shame you are so desperate for money that you have to scan people in America scam your own people in China I turned you in and I still have not received my ring it has been over one month don't buy anything from these horrible lying people

I had no problems with them They quickly answered every email. I had tracking info that wasxeasy to use..Came to US in less than a month. Ordered 2 similar rings and they both look amazing. Very happy.

I ordered a gold plated ring from this company, and took proper care of it by removing it when I washed my hands etc. Within eight days the gold came off and is completely gone now. I contacted the company and they Would not accept a return, honor their so-called warranty. After numerous calls they offered to refund $15 from an $80 purchase, but three weeks has gone by and they have not issued the refund.

It is now one day passed the 15th day and my order has not shipped! They do not answer emails or the phone. I immediately filed a claim with PayPal yesterday after seeing all of these horrible reviews. SweteLove responded to my email by telling me that 3 out of the 4 rings that I ordered were ready, but they would compensate me with a necklace, and ALSO that they were BLOCKED from shipping them out due to my PayPal claim, and that I needed to cancel the claim for them to be able to ship. So, I called PayPal to verify this. The PayPal rep said that NOTHING is blocking SweteLove from shipping, but they had to send proof of a tracking number to PayPal in order to receive any more payments, unless ofcourse I canceled the claim... Also, if I canceled the claim, I would not be able to re-open it which would allow SweteLove to totally screw me aka not send me anything and I could do nothing about it! So, the PayPal rep went ahead and ESCALATED my claim, which was now going to only allow SweteLove 10 days to submit a tracking number, or else I will automatically get a full refund! DON'T BE STUPID PEOPLE! If you paid through PayPal, they will protect you and fight for you! Don't listen to SweteLove and blindly go along with whatever they tell you to do! You DO NOT have to cancel your claim with PayPal in order for them to ship out your order! They LIED to me about that!!! We ALL need to file a report with the Better Business Bureau about SweteLove! This was supposed to be a Christmas gift for me from my husband, but it is definitely NOT going to get here on time, if at all. DO NOT ORDER FROM SWETELOVE!!! THEY ARE CROOKS!!!!! Save yourself a headache and go to Etsy or another source! Your welcome! :)
