I would have gave you a six star but last month you guys sent me a Ring that wasn’t completed. I appreciate you returning $40 on that product. I’m still not satisfied, but if the ring is not completed, but I agreed to except it the way it was the only reason I ordered this ring because of the chink and the inside barons so from now on do not send me anything that’s not completed. Thank you.

I bought the most beautiful cranberry:green:clear/purple ring from this site! Customer service is top knotch! Delivery was quick! I accidentally bought 2 of the same ring--they let me know and immediately gave me a full credit for the extra ring. I have purchased a second ring from them; I love their products!

I love this site and jewelry. Their customer service is great! They help with anything wrong after you place an order. I gave them 3 stars because I have ordered the same ring 3 times. It keeps turning colors and not staying the gold it should. It's very frustrating. I have ordered other rings, and they were fine, but this one ring they keep doing cheap with no 14k overlay, and it doesn't stay. The 3rd ring I brought came with cheap-looking gold, worse than the other two. The first two were at least very pretty before all the gold rubbed off. I don't wet any of my rings; I take them off. It doesn't help.... Update after having the rings for a few weeks. One ring 3 rhinestones has come off, and I can't wear it anymore. I got these rings to wear for a wedding, but Im not able to wear them because of the color, which looks cheap, and for the ring with the rhinestones, I have 3 big holes where the rhinestones were. I have pictures of everything, but Im not allowed to add them to this review. Very disappointed.

Nothing more to tell. It was frustrating. Its basically written very clearly. I eventually received my item, many weeks later, but to tell me this was specifically made to order for me personally, dont believe it for a second. As I purchased the same ring from another website, cheaper and quicker in delivery. Hopefully thats what you need to hear. The rings nice, but expensive for what it actually is. Cant even see the engraving. Way too small. Wont be wearing it. As the new ring , the same one, with bigger engraving that you can see and only cost me $70.00 and from a reputable jewellery store. Instead of paying $150 plus from you guys. Never again. You guys
are a rip off. Your advertisement is there to fool consumers with all the shiny bling. Sorry never again, and please don't send me unwarranted emails in future. You got what you wanted, and thats my money. Thankyou but no thanks.

Notimpressed one bit. Arrival time hasn't arrived. Ensure you stay on top of your order, and ensure you go via PayPal who will protect your money. I'm furious as its been excuse after excuse. I await again as they begged me to cancel my dispute via PayPal for them t9 move forward. I give them 7 more days then that's it. I will call PayPal again and consumer affairs if I dont hear from them. Don't order from these guys they keep you guessing all the time. I wish I lived closer to this place of business, as I would be right at their doorstep demanding my money back. Too frustrating for the consumer.

I am Ayanna Prayer, I must say that I was one who was really giving Swetelove a hard time cause it took a month to get my ring, but I must say that who ever worked on my ring I must say thank you for such beautiful work. I am so very very happy with the work. I can't wait to get the necklace, earrings, and bracelet. I think that Swetelove is really gonna be in my pocket.

I just received my ring, which is a gift for my love. It is super stunning, absolutely as same as the website. Love it very much. It took 1 week to get the parcel, girls. Highly recommend it.❤️
