I purchased a segway board from this company in November 2017, to start with it took two weeks to arrive not the free next day delivery that they state and I had to chase them for a delivery date. The board was given to my 8 year old daughter for Christmas and within 2 weeks the integrated lights stopped working on one side. I contacted the company and they said that they would repair the item under the 12 month warranty but I had to pay for the cost to return the board (approx £20) I wasnt happy about this due to how old the board was but I ended up paying for it so the board could be fixed for my daughter. The board was returned and the lights still didnt work properly, so contacted the company again and they said I would have to pay to return the board again and have now said they fixed it as a good will gesture and the strip light is £25+vat! I am refusing to pay for the return this time and have sort advice from citizens advice and trading standards. Their website states they deliver great customer service and offer a 12 month warranty on all boards, obviously this isnt the case.

I had ordered one from another firm with a similar name but didnt get it, so i phoned this company, SWEGWAY PRO, spoke to somebody there who assured me that it would be there next day and sure enough it arrived as stated, even had a text message from the delivery people giving us a time slot. It was for my granddaughters birthday, however, after the mess up with the other firm she didn't get it until a day later, even then she didn't open it because her mum had to go to hospital with a broken back. She finally got to open it on the Friday 4 days after her birthday and she was over the moon with it.Thank you SWEGWAY PRO for making my little girls' happy. I'm now having trouble with the other firm over the refund. I'd definately buy from here again as my grandson wants one for his birthday/Christmas.

A fast and efficient segway company.
Honest and very trust worthy. Would definitely recommend this company. They have a no quibble policy and get in contact straight away if there are any issues. Delivery was very fast.

Our hoverboard wasn't charging properly, I filled in the repair form from the website and an engineer called me back and went through a few things over the phone - resulting in the board charging properly and now fully working again! Brilliant service and a great help.

I called this company after troubles using another company over the christmas period. The amount of scams and bad companies out there selling segways/hoverboards is crazy!! thank goodness I found this company! I called and spoke to a lovely gentleman who gave me solid advice. I eventually got a refund from the other company and immediately placed an order with SwegwayPro! This is for my 8 year old and his delayed Christmas present. Their customer service is outstanding, I sent text messages and they replied immediately to my questions. Thank you SwegwayPro I have a very happy little boy and he is loving his new SwegwayPro Board! He is over the moon and the Metallic Blue with the disco lights is fantastic!! Thank you Thank you!!

I had no idea where to start when purchasing a segway for my little boy. Thankfully i got in contact with this company and spoke to an extremely helpful gentleman- (Mos). He was able to advise me with the best option and provide me with next day delivery on the segway. Shortly after Christmas my son unfortunately fell off the segway and damaged the LED lighting. Once again i got back in contact with Mos and told him what had happened.

Thankfully he was able to have this repaired within the day which was great news for me as well as my son who is chuffed to have his Segway back.

I would highly recommend Swegway Pro to anybody who is after purchasing a segway or even getting it repaired.

I’ve been meaning to write this review for a while but life gets in the way, but i’ve finally decided that I have to get to it as I’m watching my son having the time of his life on his swegway. Got a hover board in time for Christmas and long story short, I was worried about delivery and had a lot of questions beforehand with not a lot of time left. Let me just say - the customer service is incredible. Even afterservice questions were fast and a joy. Thanks so much and will definitely recommend to everyone wanting to buy a hover board.

What can I say !!!! This company saved my life 22nd dec I was losing the will to find a segway for my daughter , called the Leeds store & spoke to a lovely guy who arranged collection for us in London! Segway is fantastic had the happiest daughter Xmas morn definitely 5 stars from us Xx

Over the moon with swegway pro, after another company not sending me the goods, swegway pro have been brilliant, helped me with any questions i had and when i had trouble placing my order they were there even at 10pm on the night. Recieved next day after ordering, the swegway board is 100% worth the money we paid and we also got a kart with it too. The service from this company is the best! You will not find a better company to buy from then this one!! Thanks again guys we have a very happy little boy x

I purchased the HUMMER Off-Road Swegway Desert Camo 8.5" + Hovercart for my 14 year old son for Christmas, it’s absolutely fabulous and he thinks it’s awesome. Like many people I looked at many internet sites and was dubious at first as to whether to purchase. I did a live chat with the shop as I was unsure which type of swegway would be best suited for my son. All questions answered and order placed. Fantastic customer service, great delivery, excellent price and amazing swegway, the fact it has Bluetooth went down a hit too. Also purchased the Hovercart but my son hasn’t tried that yet. Would certainly recommend your shop to family and friends and wouldn’t hesitate to buy from you again. A big thanks from one happy boy and his mum x

Absolutely and without reservation I completely recommend this company. Impeccable services and communication throughout my purchase. Moss went out of his way to personally contact me in response to my anxious calls and emails. As I was worried may be a 'fake' company. I could not have been more wrong! Board package arrived safe and on time via DPD as promised before Christmas 🎅 Thank you. 5star service.

After having great difficulty with another company!!! I was so happy to have found Swegway-pro their colleague Moss went above and beyond to make sure my daughters hover board and kart arrived in plenty of time for Christmas. Wow what a really nice quality piece of kit. For my 9 YO Nephew. He loves it. It litterally took him about 20 seconds to learn it. I will uplosd some videos on youtube. Look up Deanwood Dodger 1 /2/3 etc. In a couple of days. You will see by firdt video how quickly he learned.

I called the store, a little desperate as I’d ordered a Segway from another online shop that didn’t inform me it was out of stock, yet still took my money!! I then called swegway-pro, I was told I could order and get a Segway delivered next day. By 8:30am the next morning it was here. Less than 24 hours after calling! Now that is what I call good service. Absolutely thrilled. Thank you so much from one very relieved mum of a birthday boy. The swegway itself is fab. No one walks through my house anymore.
