Helped me choose the best Hoverboard…
Helped me choose the best Hoverboard for my son without ever being annoyed by my often silly questions! I felt like Moss from Hoverboard Pro always went above and beyond, educating me and giving me good honest advice and tips. The Hoverboard has been with my son now for a few days and it's been by far the best thing he's had. A far cry from the cheap stuff out there.

Hoverboard-pro were amazing. I stupidly purchased a hoverboard from another company online without checking if they were even UK based. Although it eventually arrived weeks later, you could tell it was from China as all the packaging and manual was badly written. After 1 charge the battery stopped working. I contacted this company and the chap was so helpful. They gave me advice on how to get my money back from this online company and even provided me with a report. They offered to repair the Hoverboard at a reasonable price but instead I was so pleased with their service that I went ahead and bought a Hoverboard from their company. I have had the Hoverboard for over a week now and it has been brilliant. The build quality is superb, the battery life is great and nothing better than a top service to match.

Just had our hoverboard repaired by Hoverboard Pro and they did an amazing job, and managed to resolve the problem immediately. The process was very easy, the price was good and the turnaround time was incredibly quick in less than a few days (courier time was the slowest part). Very satisfied with the service, they seem to have exceptional knowledge and ability to fix any fault. Definitely recommend - thanks Moss!!

Poor customer service and faulty product
I purchased a board for my daughter for Christmas and on christmas day she was thrown off it as it stopped instantly after being charged as instructed. I contacted the website within the 30 days and have not been given a straight answer. I was so unhappy this happened after one use, I wanted a new board or a full refund and no! I now (March) have to return the board and pay postage costs myself for it to be repaired. Don't buy from this website, the board is clearly faulty and their customer service is awful.

Hi Emma Palmer, thank you for your review. We believe that your review is somewhat misleading and unfair. We'll highlight the facts of the case and hope that our customers can see for themselves that we did everything we could do to satisfy you:
1. You purchased the Hoverboard in November 2019. The item was then reported faulty in December, a few days after Xmas.
2. Since we offered an extended Xmas warranty, all items reported within 30-days of Christmas would receive a returns label at our expense, whereby our engineers will inspect the Hoverboard and have whatever issues rectified within just a 3-day period. No other Hoverboard company on the market today will offer such a service!
3. Your reported 'issue' was not only very vague, but you would not help us in identifying the issue or run through some diagnostics with you. You wouldn't even provide us with an image or video of your Hoverboard. Nonetheless, our team provided you with a return label at our expense. No other Hoverboard company on the market today would do this!
4. We informed you that you could use the returns label within the 30-day 'post-Xmas' period as part of our commitment to ensure that customers like yourselves are always satisfied. Of the very small number of customers who were in a similar situation to you, every single one has been immensely satisfied with the quick and efficient turnaround, let alone our on-demand customer service (24/hrs)
5. You demanded that instead of using our label to conduct our warranty service, we should instead provide you with an entire replacement. It is to note that a replacement can be given providing that the board has been unused/used exclusively indoors without any physical damage. However, in your case, you refused to prove that it wasn't. You then almost instantly filed a dispute with PayPal.
6. PayPal concluded that the item was not faulty from receipt and that the item was used extensively prior to any issues that you have had. Furthermore, PayPal concluded that you were not using the item in accordance with the user manual, nor cooperating with ourselves in order to help you identify the issue and rectify the problem (such as a simple reset after a fall/tumble).
7. PayPal - who are known to predominantly act in the favour of the buyer - reviewed the case to be against your favour for the reasons noted above.
8. After filing for a dispute and failing the resolution verdict, you requested that we re-issue you the returns label for a repair. At this point, the returns label surpassed the 30-days extended period. Nonetheless, we reactivated the label on your behalf and requested that you use the same one which was issued to you originally.
Unfortunately, none of this is good enough for you and we are left between a rock and a hard place. We understand that it is often impossible to satisfy every customer and so we welcome negative reviews as openly as the positive ones.
Nonetheless, we thank you for your review and hope that those who read this can see that we go the extra mile to satisfy our customers and respond to the feedback we receive regardless of their nature.
HOVERBOARD-PRO is committed to consistently improving its UK-based 24hr customer services as well as our premium Hoverboards, all made from British design. A simple search on the internet will very quickly show you that there are very few - if any - genuine Hoverboard companies such as ourselves, who place safety, reliability and customers at the centre of everything we do.

Having been ripped off by another online company who sold a dodgey board and ran off with my daughters money. So I was a bit sceptical about buying online again. However the service I have received from Swegway pro has been great. The board is great, and one happy daughter. Thank you!

Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service. I ordered a board and kart bundle deal for my sons birthday. Unfortunately the colour we wanted was out of stock but not showing on the web site. I was contacted the same day by phone and was able to arrange another colour. Arrived a few days later. It was my sons birthday last Sunday and he is over the moons with his board. Thank you

Absolutely amazing service the company contacted me on the day I ordered my 2 segways then advised it would likely be 02.01.2020 for delivery due to xmas etc but both Segways with Go-karts were delivered the next day on 31.12.2019 the kids absolutely love them would highly recommend this company

What a wonderful reliable and honest service.
My sons Segway was fixed within half an hour of me getting in touch with this company through a WhatsApp video. The engineer was able to talk me through a procedure. When I thought the Segway was for the scrap, it is now in working order again. Thank you very much Segway Pro you have made my son very happy.

5* customer experience and service
I bought my daughter a segway in 2017. The quality of the product was great and Service was excellent then. Today( 2 years later) I needed to find a charger for it that was lost. I was able to contact them and request it. Staff on WhatsApp was very helpful and patient and reassuring and help me find the part. I could not have asked for more. Great customer service!
I never leave feedback but in this instance I was surprised of the repeated great service.

Excellent company all round !
We purchased 4 boards, 2 disco’s & 2 hummers.
This company really has been fantastic any questions we had they got back to me within minutes even late at night & over weekends. They repaired my daughters board so quickly sent me pics of the repair & explained how it happened, they really have been 1st class.
We are so glad we purchased from a reputable site as they have pulled out all the stops every time.

Repair to my daughters hover board
My daughters hover board has been broken and the company who.i purchased from have not been great to communicate with and not very helpful. So i searched local areas to me that repaired hover boards. I saw segway pro located in leeds and messaged informed my situation. I received a reply back very promptly. Impressed with this i went to take it through on saturday. Im not from leeds so about 45mins drive. Got there a guy was with a customer going through things thoroughly he asked if i was bringing in a board to be repaired. He checked it over asked me the fault within 5min fixed the problem. He also didnt charge me as it just needed resetting. This guy could have charged me £50 but his honesty and best practice clearly showed through. I would highly recommend this business and i will certainly be going back if i have further issues and if i need to purchase another one will be going. Faith restored in local businesses not wanting to rip people off. Great guy thank you for makibg my daughter a very happy girl!
