*Update- it took awhile but they do payout (450.00 redeemed) and customer service is at least good for writing you once a day if you're trying to resolve an issue. Their Vegas gems program was amazing at first but they've toned it down a little bit and it's not all that anymore. However, they do have a giant selection of games and decent promotions from time to time so if you don't mind waiting on any redemption then it's really not that bad of a place. Just be prepared to wait if you win. I will say though that my wife won $100 and received hers in less than a week so mine could have been due to the size of the redemption.

I’m currently sitting right in the middle of the road while waiting on my first redemption so I don't want to jump the gun in give the five stars just yet, but overall, this is definitely one of the better lesser-known sweep sites I’ve played on.
The Good:
Games & Performance: The game selection is great, verification was smooth, and gameplay is clean. I honestly don't get the complaints about the site being buggy—I've really enjoyed playing here.
Packages & Perks: The package deals are top-notch. I especially love the VC points system where you can redeem points for free spins. That's an awesome added bonus to the already good package deals can you actually feel like you're getting something from them unlike a lot of other places.
The Payment & Banking Headaches:
Crypto Rule: My first snag was trying to redeem via crypto and being told I had to redeem using my original purchase method. I’ve played on a ton of sweep sites and that was a first for me.
Skrill / Plaid Connection: Since I originally purchased with Skrill, I couldn't link it through Plaid, and as anyone who uses Skrill knows, there’s no routing number to use for a manual bank entry, which made it a bit of a headache.
Plaid Backend Integration: When I switched to linking my standard bank account, Plaid authorized it on my bank's end (my bank even shows it as active and linked), but it failed to connect on the casino's backend interface. I ended up having to type my routing and account details in manually.
Customer Support:
Support interactions have been a bit slow—limited to basically one email response a day—but to their credit, they have actually responded every time and let me know exactly what was needed on my end.
Final Verdict:
I’m giving it 3 stars for now purely because my redemption is still pending in the queue. If my payout processes smoothly within their stated timeframe without any further runaround, I will easily update this to a 5-star review.

As soon as I requested my redemption, my account was blocked without a clear explanation. I lost access to my account, my balance, and my winnings. At the very least, I expect a refund of my $60 deposit. Very disappointing experience.

Ok update i did get paid.but it took me emailing them from july19 till aug5th..an it was only 100 dollars so upside they pay but it takes forever...im not playing again..only there free spins lol

Would give no stars if I could honestly, first lied about withdrawals being instant, so I deposited 20$ and ended up flipping it to 120$ and withdrew on the Sunday of last week, it is now Wednesday and I still have nothing. Decided to cancel it and play with my money and lost everything. Stay far away from this terrible casino

I have seen others reviews and after 2 weeks my $300 was redeemed successfully and I am very happy with this and absolutely 100% will be back also make sure to be kind and patient with the team as they are a smaller organization trying to build clients......yes the site is a little clunky at times yes but I will definitely be coming back..... Also if you are worried about a 2 week or later time do smaller redemptions or you could always do a Crypto deposit/redemption.

Waited nearly 3 months for a redemption but never received and kept getting the same bullshit from their support which I contacted several times, they were sorry but rest assured it would be coming. I waited 6 weeks for my first redemption and the 2nd one never came. Don't waste your time or money

Placed a redemption 7/25. Got canceled 7/26 (couldn’t do crypto redemption). ACH Redemption re submitted 7/26 at 6am.

Almost 4 business days have passed and no timeframe provided for redemption. Emails sent every day and the finance team confirmed my redemption was all right and would get processed. No one is answering me, and not a single person can provide me the timeline for redemption approval.

I’ve never seen a site have such long redemption times and poor customer service. I would stay away form this site until they fix their redemption issues!

Everyone very urgent!!! Don’t spend another dollar here!!! I’m an avid online gambler and signed up at every site good and some are bad. This casino has paid me twice so I gave it a third shot due to the same promotions being available. Ach does not work so I had to change my first redemption to crypto. My bank linked but the site states it didn’t link so I had to enter details manually. Mind you ach was never gonna work after a month of riding it out and getting generic support responses. Trust pilot reviews gave me the idea to receive first 2 redemptions via crypto. Ok now that I was fooled into thinking i could get paid in crypto again, they’re telling me I have to redeem the way i paid and to cancel my redemption after waiting 3 weeks already. Ach doesn’t work at all and there isn’t a person on here stating they have received it. I’ll get my money and I’ll let yall know how to get yours no matter the route. Sites like this need to pay. And they’re based in the us so you can definitely at least get what you paid back. Can’t say how but yall should know. Hold off on this one and get your money first before you dare tread here again. Many other sites than this pay instant or next day.

I told the impossible support members I didn’t need to change my redemption from btc to ACH cause I purchased with debit.
I literally told em no I’m not changing it cause I’ve received 3 crypto deposits already and ACH will never work if u haven’t noticed the bank links but doesn’t and I tried waiting moths
If your brave enough go get a $150/$300 pack
They are usually always there if not check on the weekend
Don’t spend thousands though tempting

Been waiting 2 weeks for my crypto redemption. I was fully verified long before I submitted.

The last contact I had was about 5 days ago, when I reached out to support via email and was asked to send over a copy of my ID for the Finance Team which I did.
Now I’m waiting for finance team to get back to me.

I hate drama and have never written a review in my life prior to this experience, I just want the money I’m owed. That’s it, that’s all.

If and when this is rectified, I have no problem playing on the platform but I need to be sure I’ll be paid when I win.

Terrible. Never payout. Gives runarounds in emails, you kyc verify and then they ask you for more information. STAY AWAY

This is by far the worst site ever. I withdrew a 120$ on July 1st here it is July 26th and my redemption is still processing. Wtf? I emailed them multiple times and all they say are they are processing it or don’t even respond . If I could rate this site a 0 I would don’t deposit any money into this site you will not get it back. Scam site

Checked this site out after reading reviews from some of the social casino review sites. This site seemed to be great, had a good catalogue of games, some really great deals (200% bonus sometimes), and actually had 1x playthrough which for some reason is rarer in the newer social casinos popping up.

I bought a pack and then played through and put a redemption in. The next day a better deal came crop so I bought another one and put another redemption in.

Well that was may 24th and 25th and they are still stuck as pending. I’ve contacted support a few times and they say they’re just so bogged down by how many redemptions there are but that they’ll get to it and it’s in the queue. I contacted them again yesterday and they said their 2 month wait is unusual and they’d contact their finance department to get to the bottom of it. Well we’ll see, I’m not expecting anything and think these will be pending forever until the site shuts down.

I’ll update if a miracle happens and the way actually pay out.

I have been waiting on a redemption since June 23rd. I have contacted customer service several times, with them promising that I will receive my redemption soon and apologizing for the wait, I even purchased more SC in good faith and submitted another redemption…still no pay outs! I will be following up with BBB and whomever else. This platform has a 24H period it claims for payment processing… I guess they meant 24 months! I will be taking whatever steps necessary to get my money! I don’t care if I spend more taking this to court!
UPDATE- August 3rd and my redemption was initially place on June 23rd…STILL NO REDEMPTION! I cancelled my redemption after reading that a cryptocurrency redemption is processed faster. How about I got a response from the finance team in less than three hours stating that I couldn’t redeem via crypto because I didn’t make the purchase with crypto and they cancelled my redemption. So the big question was how is it that I got a response in two hours when I redeemed with the wrong payment type but haven’t gotten a response informing me of why my redemption hasn’t been paid when I made it with the correct method, literally being ignored for over a month and only receiving generic responses. I finally got a response a couple days later stating I would be paid this week. We shall see! If not I will be contacting the Delaware Department of Justice Consumer Protection Unit and the BBB! I’ll keep you posted!
UPDATE- FINALLY RECEIVED MY REDEMPTION AFTER 6 WEEKS OF BACK AND FORTH! Never playing there again! I do not want that hassle!

Sweeplasvegas will NOT payout when you win! They take your $$ happily, but if you win and request payout, they say 7-10. It's been 14 days since first payout request of only $100. The 2nd payout request is $350! All they say is "your request has been submitted and is up for review". Has anyone else had this experience with this site???

If I could rate 0 I would definitely do so as it doesn't deserve that either! This is most worst online casino that lies constantly and refuses to process your redemption! To begin with the site states redemptions are 24 to 48 hrs and its going on a month now without my money been sent and it makes me so mad that they give a lame wack excuse on being behind on redemptions for a whole month which I dont understand if everyone's complaints are not being paid then whom Im behind that yall so called paying then Im told 4 days ago after inquiring about my redemption that he doesn't know why my redemption hasn't been processed and sent yet,he was contacting financial department to see if there was an error and get right back here it is 4 days since that response and haven't heard anything back as these scam artists completely disregard peoples needs for their money they won don't care if you need the money for bills, kids, food, or anything meanwhile they're not behind on sending out sale emails twice a day trying to get you to buy steady scamming people that hasn't become a victim yet stay away from these con artists and I'll update once my account is resolved!

So far, they get a 1-star review. I enjoyed this casino initially for its variety of games and providers, and a few decent SC deals. I made a purchase on 7-4-26 and subsequently cashed out $200 on the same day (Transaction ID 646854 7/4/26 19:42). I was verified within 24 hours, and now 19 days later I am still waiting on my money. I also sent my husband a referral link the same day, and they claim he either didn't use my link or removed the referral code when signing up, both of which are not possible, he wouldn't have known about SweepLV had I not sent him the link, and I've shared plenty of referral links for other sites with him and he has never once "removed a referral code.' They just don't want to give me my referral bonus. I've contacted customer service and was told to just wait longer. How much longer? I see other people in FB groups have been waiting since May!

How is this site legally able to do business in the states? If I di t get my redemption. The attorney general will be hearing of this.

I had my account closed due to me having “duplicate” accounts. I am livid! They will not be processing my $300 redemption.
