My redemption is still sitting in pending. I bought a package after I signed up before reading reviews and won enough to cash out but as others have said it looks like they’re not gunna pay 😡

Great casino but a scam. Waited weeks for an approved cashout and never got it. No support. The contact support button does nothing. I would give zero stars if I could.

"As stated in our Terms & Conditions, winnings generated exclusively with free sweep coins are subject to a maximum withdrawal limit of $100 which was paid in December 11th 2025" They paid me that $100 in December sure.

Fair enough. I never bought in bc I heard they were shady but i also have NEVER seen this kind of TOS ANYWHERE outside of all the NoLimitCoins/FortuneWheels clones. Whatever...

Then I go to delete my account, couldn't find it or support. I check FAQ's, where they can't even fill out things like [[[[siteURL]]]] [[[[[supportemail]]], so now I can't even delete my account.

It's sites like this that ruin the good sites that exist that pay fairly (even off of free play).

If you deposit after reading this, you're an actual idiot.

I made a redemption July 17 and still haven’t received it it’s been over a month…I reached out to customer service several times and I keep receiving the same emails I don’t recommend playing on this website this is literally the worst experience and customer service I ever received from a sweepstake casino i would give it 0 stars if I could!

Great selection of games and providers. I have only had a few games that would not load correctly. The package offers are great. The website is easy navigate and search for your favorite game. It would be nice if they offered online chat support and a app. I have had a Medical Emergency and I am in Great need of my funds. I have received one of my redemptions and I have a few redemptions pending. I will update my review to 5 stars when I receive my redemptions. I will defiantly be coming back to play again.

Seriously they are like the worst top three worst for sure. Look at all these bad reviews. I hope everybody that place this game stops playing it and and writes bad reviews because they have not paid me. It’s it’s going on to be going on two weeks. they’re playing games they owe me $100. I would give them a zero if I could! I put in for a $350 dollar redemption on April 30th and I'm still waiting. They keep saying it's approved but they've had a lot of redemptions so it's taking longer to get to mine. But 4 months is way too long to have to wait!!! I've never had to wait even half the that long to get paid out at another casino! Is there something I can do?

This site management is awful, my redemption had been pending for over a week, they say live support, not true. I've been waiting for a response for 4 days, still haven't gotten one. While the games are fun and the site works well, that's all you get. Don't expect to be paid or need help of any sort, because no help is coming and neither is your money. You have been warned.

Do not play here. They gladly accept your card deposits, but when you win, their redemption system is intentionally broken. My crypto redemption was rejected because I used a Cash App card to deposit. Per their instructions, I attempted to link my personal, verified OnPoint Credit Union bank account using both manual entry and Plaid. Every single time, the system authorizes the credentials but throws a red "An unexpected error occurred" banner at the final step. I have a 100% verified KYC profile. I have sent multiple emails to them detailing this platform glitch, and they have completely gone silent. They are intentionally holding 900 SC of my legitimate winnings hoping I will play it back. Disgraceful. Pay me my money.

The last two reviews of this place are good. Now I am not doubting those but I’d like to inform of my most recent experience so others do not get there hopes up. I reached out three days ago asking for probably the 25th time where my money is. “ After reviewing your account, we are unable to locate any pending redemption request at this time” … April 13th guys, $1811. Thankfully the transaction is still posted as pending on my account. Ill report back

Sweep Las Vegas PAID IN full my 1500 dollar redemption . They were backed up had a lot on their plate . I waited as I should and I got my money on AUGUST 6th ! I was very excited ! It was my birthday lol! YOU all they are pretty new casino .. SO we just need to wait it out .. THEY DO PAY ! YOU have to make sure you are following the rules on your end I have gotten 2 redemptions . 1 was 200 the other was 1500 ! I love their games over there ! THE DEALS are INSANE ! I know that the reviews are terrible for this site, but I actually did end up getting paid out by them for $1500 today. It took two months, but I did get paid. For those used to instant / a few days payout, this place ain’t for you.

I feel like I'm going to buy a package of 60 dollars, I played them in games inside the online casino and they tell me the account and it says that fraudlent violation but not ami alone is many people the fraudulent ones are they who robbed many people.

This could be a money laundering site or sponsor of terrorism. No one knows because they are not paying anyone and im saying they are targeting people in certain states!! Been waiting over 3 days so i canceled and did the crypto and when submitting they dont let you submit crypto address but takes your money! Resubmitted now waiting for bank transfer!! *Update- it took awhile but they do payout (450.00 redeemed) and customer service is at least good for writing you once a day if you're trying to resolve an issue. Their Vegas gems program was amazing at first but they've toned it down a little bit and it's not all that anymore. However, they do have a giant selection of games and decent promotions from time to time so if you don't mind waiting on any redemption then it's really not that bad of a place. Just be prepared to wait if you win. I will say though that my wife won $100 and received hers in less than a week so mine could have been due to the size of the redemption.

I’m currently sitting right in the middle of the road while waiting on my first redemption so I don't want to jump the gun in give the five stars just yet, but overall, this is definitely one of the better lesser-known sweep sites I’ve played on.
The Good:
Games & Performance: The game selection is great, verification was smooth, and gameplay is clean. I honestly don't get the complaints about the site being buggy—I've really enjoyed playing here.
Packages & Perks: The package deals are top-notch. I especially love the VC points system where you can redeem points for free spins. That's an awesome added bonus to the already good package deals can you actually feel like you're getting something from them unlike a lot of other places.
The Payment & Banking Headaches:
Crypto Rule: My first snag was trying to redeem via crypto and being told I had to redeem using my original purchase method. I’ve played on a ton of sweep sites and that was a first for me.
Skrill / Plaid Connection: Since I originally purchased with Skrill, I couldn't link it through Plaid, and as anyone who uses Skrill knows, there’s no routing number to use for a manual bank entry, which made it a bit of a headache.
Plaid Backend Integration: When I switched to linking my standard bank account, Plaid authorized it on my bank's end (my bank even shows it as active and linked), but it failed to connect on the casino's backend interface. I ended up having to type my routing and account details in manually.
Customer Support:
Support interactions have been a bit slow—limited to basically one email response a day—but to their credit, they have actually responded every time and let me know exactly what was needed on my end.
Final Verdict:
I’m giving it 3 stars for now purely because my redemption is still pending in the queue. If my payout processes smoothly within their stated timeframe without any further runaround, I will easily update this to a 5-star review.
