J'utilise Swan à travers mon compte pro Indy et je recommande ! Je peux facilement être payé par mes clients, mon solde est mis à jour rapidement, c'est très facile de commander ou supprimer une carte de paiement ! Vraiment RAS !

Tentative d’escroquerie

Une honte ne leurs faites pas confiance, compte clôturé alors que j’attendais un virement qui du coup n’est jamais arrivé, sous prétexte que je ne l’utilisais plus et qu’on m’a prévenu soit disant en novembre que le compte allait être fermé comme par hasard je n’ai jamais vu aucune trace de cet avertissement.

vous bloque vos compte sans explication. vous vole votre argent. aucune communication. c'est les rois....
beaucoup de plateforme les utilises mais vous le savez que trop tard car commercialisé sous plusieurs enseigne comme legalplace ou indy....

I received excellent customer support!

I have received excellent service from Swan's customer support team. The issue I was having was getting Google's 2FA to work on my older mobile phone. The issue was resolved with their help and all replies to my help for assistance was answered within 24 hours. Compared to the support given by Coinbase these guys are fantastic. Anyone reading this should avoid doing business with Coinbase!

I cannot speak to the negative comments made here on Trustpilot about withdrawing assets off Swan's platform because I am still waiting for the unlock time to reach expiration. If this problem of removing assets off their platform was pervasive I would guess that their would be a lot more people leaving negative ratings. I think these are just isolated cases.

Blocked, no reason, no communication

I have an account with them, and in just 3 weeks, it has been blocked without any communication from their side, no request for information or information about the procedure timeline, no justification, absolutely nothing... I have no answers to my questions, so I find myself with blocked funds and unable to do anything...

Very bad experience account blocked…

Very bad experience account blocked without any reason ,money still in my account since a long time they take many days before answering you and when they come to answer and inform you what’s happening they ask for many documents to complicated by the way.

After my account was approved after a week long KYC, I made my first transfer. As soon as it arrived, the account went into a new KYC check asking for a long list of documents including a detailed list of all my belongings.
I decided to close my account after seeing the amount of work was required
