It's been a month and the delivery hasn't been made
I've never experienced anything like this before. It's been over a month and I still haven't received the product. The wines are generally good in terms of price and quality, but this latest crazy data issue... I don't know what will happen next.

Don’t bother!
Placed an order for a Christmas present on 16th January which did not arrive. They emailed to say the order has been resent but it has still not arrived.
Have emailed requesting a refund twice but have had no response. Really poor customer service.

Ordered as slightly cheaper than other site and said fast delivery. The delivery was not fast and I had to phone to find out where it was. Did turn up but 2 weeks later.

Order placed and acknowledged - being prepared - but then no further contact!! No email contact for a followup so eventually after 17 days i telephoned and the delivery was received the following day.
