Wine excellent,delivery ok,more emails required please
Very happy with the wine,have used them many times before hence using them again.Delivery time is excessive but used to it now,however no email was sent saying when the wine was being delivered,as in the next couple of days.In the past they were on the ball,just a little hiccup.Overall though very happy & will continue using Svinando

Delivered to wrong address
Have ordered many times from this company before and never had a problem. This time however for some reason they decided to deliver to my old address. I had deleted my old address from my profile and I even have an email confirmation stating delivery would be to the correct address. When I called up they simply said it must have been an error with their system and to go to my old address to find my delivery (a 90 minute round trip). Not good enough.

Great company, found by chance! I was a bit concerned for the delivery, after seeing some comments around here but had no reason to! The delivery was prompt, they kept me informed, the price was great for the quality of the wine I got! Would definitely use them again!

My wine has arrived, at last, after a 22-day wait (from placing the order); not what I would call "fast shipping." During this 22 days, I also placed an order for some tea from India, which arrived within a week. Don't think I'll be ordering from here again.

No problem with delivery. Not tried the wine yet but happy with packaging and good price for 15% abv wine.
