Richard and Harry both were extremely professional and made me feel very happy about the new car. They have a wonderful fleet of vehicles and excellent customer service - would recommend using them 100%

I booked in to have a look at a Peugeot 2008 on Saturday 4th October 2023. I parked in the forecourt as there was no available Customer parking and was greeted by the rudest member of staff ever. An old miserable man who shouted at me for parking in the forecourt. I explained to him that I had booked in to view this car and he was not interested in the slightest. He told me to go away. I’ll take my business elsewhere. I can’t believe a Company can behave in such an unprofessional manner. Avoid!!

I bought a BMW 420i, it arrived with multiple systems faults. SUV took it back to repair for over a week. They dropped the vehicle back, saying all had been fixed, but it had the exact same problems that it went up with. A very embarrassed after sales mngr, apologised, and they took the vehicle back. I thought I'd give them another chance, and purchased a Mazda CX5 AWD. Yep you got it, that arrived and also had faults with door mirror motors which were faulty. I was set to return the vehicle back to them, and whilst on holiday, a tree blew down and wrote the Mazda off!
The sales team were friendly, and the after sales mngr very apologetic, but there is a lack of proper PDI checks which doesn't help the customer. This was not just the BMW, but also the Mazda.
They refunded my deposits etc, but all in all a rather poor customer experience, which was my experience. Friendly, yes, but I was buying a car, not looking for a bezzie mate.

5 Star customer service from start to finish due to the knowledgeable, friendly and efficient staff.

I have just purchased a used car from SUV Prestige, can I say what a pleasure it has been from start to finish purchasing my car. The sales person I dealt with Harry was excellent, gave me all the information I needed regarding the car I was purchasing and listen to this?! No pushy sales!! something which I hate when purchasing another car. First class from start to finish and the handover was also a great experience. Harry said the car would be valeted and it was gleaming inside and out, could not find a fault. The valeting team there are great, every nuck and crany cleaned, exceptional service all round. The staff I have spoken with and dealt with are a credit to the company! I have never had such a good experience when purchasing a vehicle. Credit where credit is due. if you thinking of purchasing a car, make this your first stop. I am a very difficult person to please when dealing with purchases, but this is my honest opinion regarding this company.

One more thing, when I arrived to view my car, a lady mopping and sweeping the floor approached me and asked if I would like a drink, she sorted me out and went back to cleaning the floor, I said to Harry what a lovely person she is and he said, she is the owner!!!

Now that tells you something!

We recently purchased a car from SUV Prestige and unfortunately we did need to contact them in the 30 day warranty period, but Ben in After Sales was brilliant and helped us deal with the process painlessly. We would have no hesitation in recommending them to our colleagues or friends and if we do need to replace our car in the future we would certainly consider using them again.

I was originally buying my car somewhere else and was actually at the dealership! I did a last minute check on the market and saw a car at SP. I phoned up, and glad I did! Richard was fantastic and the service I received was quick, efficient and wasn't full of the usuals people expect when buying a second hand car. The price was great and the vehicle is immaculate. No issues recommend these for your next car!

SUV Prestiage were great to deal with from start to finish going above and beyond. I left a deposit on a car that had just come in on a part exchange and they would not release it until all the safety checks and detailing had been done. We returned a few days left and they had replaced a tyre, back discs / pads and detailed a small mark out of the bumper. A trustworthy company in this day and age.

I would not recommend SUV Prestige to anyone. They are dishonest and unprofessional. They will mislead you and take your deposit, even if the car you are interested in is not available.

Advice to other customers:

Do not believe anything the salespeople at SUV Prestige tell you. Verify everything yourself.
Do not give them a deposit until you have seen the car in-person.

I called the dealership several times over the last two days and had extensive dialogue with the Harry and Terry. I reserved the vehicle and proceeded with applying for finance, keeping the salesperson updated throughout the process.
Once my finance was approved, I called to confirm the branch managers email for the invoice and ask for an updated video, as the car had been listed for over a month. The salesperson then mentioned that the car had actually been sold.

Proceed with caution if you're purchasing high-performance cars.

Great service from Owen didn't get 5 stars as he said that a small ding would be mended, a black mark removed and the cup holder was left with a sweet in the bottom

Bought a Touareg with one small issue which was sorted out for me.
I would certainly buy another car from them. Very happy with the car.
And special thanks to Ben the workshop manager who was very helpful and efficient in sorting the issue for me.

Brilliant staff, they were so friendly, efficient and helpful. They even had the Air hockey table which entertained the kids.
Reserved my car and picked it up 5 days (my choice). Would highly recommend.
