SUV prestige ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I saw a car on Autotrader at SUV Prestige that was exactly what I was looking for so I put down a holding deposit. Which was fully refundable.
I went to see the car a couple of days later as I was passing by on a trip from Scotland back to Kent and it was well worth the diversion as the car was in much better condition than I’d seen advertised by a “buy then test drive” company that sounds like a musical instrument 😉 and actually at a cheaper price for a car 1 year newer.
Our local main dealer was quoting nearly 4K more for a similar car too!
Lots of information and contact to let us know what was going on all the way through the process.
Was really simple as we were cash buyers with no trade in but Harry was superb and on hand over Jim was great too
Highly recommended for great cars at sensible prices

Superb buying experience
SUV Prestige has a great selection of vehicles all of which appear to be in excellent condition and reasonably priced.
The sales person, Harry was great from start to finish, nothing was too much trouble.
Having decided on a vehicle, everything that needed to be done before collection was done as they said it would be.
The vehicle was handed over to us in superb order.
Overall our experience and service was fantastic, thank you SUV Prestige and Harry.
We would highly recommend them 😊

Price increases
Looked at a car was up at £14000 a day later increased by £1500 was told reason for low offer on part ex was it priced under market value.
Seems a very strange way to run a business

Hi Craig, thanks for the feedback. Our business model is to have all of our stock to be priced lower than the market average price of equivalent vehicles for sale in the UK. We research the market daily to ensure this is the case and our customers always get the best deal. As cars enter and leave the market the prices naturally fluctuate. We are well known for selling cars at fantastic prices and giving great part exchange values. The only time people get higher offers on part exchanges than we give is against similar cars at higher prices. Give us a chance, we're a great bunch and would love to have your business!
Good Teamwork
Although my circumstances changed and I was unable to proceed with the purchase of the car I wanted, the team at SUV Prestige was very helpful and refunded my reservation fee promptly.

Pushy sales
Only good thing I would say, price was right for the car. Pushy salesmen. Only bothered about their 5*. Kept saying to give a 5* review day after sale. Wait a couple of weeks after the sale, to see what problems your car has before you do this. I’m having to fix problems.

Excellent experience!
I collected my Peugeot 2008 today from this company and both my husband I were extremely impressed with the service we received. The process was very smooth from start to finish and Harry was particularly good at making sure I was happy with everything before we collected the car. When we arrived the car was ready to go and it was in excellent condition as promised. Harry and Owen were extremely helpful making sure the Apple Car Play was working as I haven’t used this system before. The gentleman who completed the handover whose name I forget was also very helpful-clearly very knowledgable and had everything ready and organised. My sister is currently starting to think about changing her car and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company to her or any other friends or family. Thank you SUV prestige!

Awful.. Avoid at all costs
Awful! Range Rover had lots of faults, only had it a few months and failed its mot, they told me the car had 6 months warranty when it was actually only 1 month.. most likely as they knew i was going to have all these problems with the car.. told me it had a full service before i purchased which was absolute rubbish! No help whatsoever, once you have handed over your money they dont want to know.. worst company i have ever dealt with, my advise would be AVOID at all costs!!

Hi Jayne, I have had a little look into this and you bought the car in February of this year, and the MOT was done 7 months later in September Obviously we would never knowingly sell a vehicle with any faults and we go above and beyond to ensure all we can do is done in regards to the checks we carry out. Unfortunately after 7 months there is little we can do, we offer all of our customers extended warranties to cover you when ours runs out but it seems unfortunately in this case you chose not to take this out. We are very sorry to hear you had issues with the car, but we did carry out a major service on this vehicle before you collected it. If you would like proof of this please email us on sales@suvprestige.co.uk and we can send this over to you in writing.
Really very easy and friendly
Really very easy and friendly. Found the vehicle on auto trader and booked to view the car. I took it for a no hassle test drive, told me to take as long as I wanted and was left to it. We agreed to part ex my own vehicle and was given what I felt was fair when I had already had prices in on various sites. The whole process was simple easy and stress free
