Took an extremely long time to arrive and on the website it says the material is stretchy but it’s not at all.

My order did take quite a while to arrive but the customer service team were very helpful and helped me track the parcel down.

I love the fact they plant a tree for each purchase, makes me feel good as a consumer. Item arrived quickly, and is very nice quality, plus comes neatly packaged in a bag of the same material.

My only caveat is that the instructions provided on how to tie the sling are very simplified, I have watched a load of videos since to better understand what to do. Maybe the company could send a QR code link to a video for future customers.

Have tried various different wraps but the quality of Sustainabub’s wraps are amazing! My baby sleeps comfortably while I get my tasks done. Great colour selection and customer service is brilliant. Would definitely recommend!

This product is fantastic. Such a firm material that does not sag like some other baby wraps. Easy to use and allows me to freely use both arms and my baby will fall asleep in this every time. The fact that the product is sustainable and eco conscious is a huge advantage and one of the main reasons I chose it, especially given how many different baby wraps are out there. I got the black one which is lovely but there are so many colours to choose from. I would definitely recommend.
