I ordered NP COMBAT ARMOR SKIN top 31/7 2020. Homepage stated in stock and I payed 99.99 via PayPal. Got order confirmation same day. Then nothing happened, no delivery. 27/8 I asked for my goods. Got answer "Hello! We need to reorder it and will send you tracking info." Of course I didn't get any information or any product. 19 mails and many chats later still no product or money back. I cancelled my order 21/10 and asked for refund. No money in return. Now they blame Corona. Product still shown as being in stock on homepage. January 2021 I tried to contact them via PayPal's claim system. No sign of life. 28/1 I got my money back after I raised the question to a full money back claim via PayPal. Thanks PayPal! Surfnow.eu still shows the product as being in stock.
If you want to save yourself time and headache I recommend you not to buy anything from Surfnow.eu. It may be a scam company.

It is a scam!!! I purchase a foil on their website, got debited on my account immediately, they confirmed that this foil was out of stock, I then ask for a refund. 3 months later, and few lies, It is now very clear that they are no intention to refund me. They seem to act exactly the same way with many other clients and don’t seem ashamed for it. See their google map comments!
It is definitely a scam!!! When I complained on their Facebook page they simply erased my post! Now they erase their Facebook page altogether so they can continue to steal from honest people in complete impunity. They know that foreign client will not sue them in Slovenia. Shame on you!

Beware of fraud. Can only agree, definitely no delivery and no refund, and the worst of all they are kidding with their mails too, for example. Delivery at the end of the week and always without a shipment number.

Beställt en vara utan något svar. Efter en vecka mailar jag dom och frågar om leveransen. Får då svar att det skickas om två veckor. Två veckor senare mailar jag igen eftersom varan inte skickats än. Får då inget svar alls, nu ser jag att deras hemsida ligger nere och det går inte att kontakta dom.

If 0 stars were an option this is what I would give them! Product they advertise as in stock was never available. Kept offering old replacements and after a month of backwards and forward one reply a week they said they have issued a refund - it has been 2 weeks and I still have not received my money more than € 350! Judging by other reviews here it looks like a scam company. Do not buy from them.

I order a ION knee protection for my mtb almost 60 days ago and still my order didn't arrived nor my money returned to my credit card. it is unbelievable! these guys are returning my emails from 1 week to 1 week even more, is very hard to communicate with the. I really hope this will be sort out by surfnow.eu so I can let a positive feedback on return.

Before ordering I checked by email and chat: yes the article is in stock. After 5 days I asked for tr&trace, they told they were waiting for the article. They didn’t have it in stock!

One positif: they refund my money the same day.....

I order a board from Surfnow .
After one hour I get a reply that my product wasn't in stock and if I was willing to wait 3-8 weeks with an extra discount.
Besides the fact that i wanted the board fast , this reply scared me , so i asked them to cancel the order and refund me and they agreed.
Because of what i read here i got scared that it might be a scam and i contacted them many times through email or their chatbox.
All the times they responded fast and assured me that they already send the refund request to the bank and that in 1-4 days i should receive the funds. Indeed after 2 days i received the money in my account.

Urusel kundservice! Först fördröjing på leverans. Avbestälde därför varan och fick bekräftelse på det. Också på att äredet var skickat till Refund dept. Detta är nu 2 månader sedan och upprepade mail där dom bara säger att dom ska ckeck with reund men inget händer försökt ringa , maila , chatta men inget händer.
Handla INTE av dom !! 100% dåliga omdömen

The products listed on the site are out of stock. Shop assistants don't reply to emails. I have been waiting for a refund for more than 2 weeks, there is no bank confirmation of a refund from them.
If you ordered something from them, immediately issue a chargeback at the bank. If you haven't ordered yet, then don't order. This company may have worked before, but now their actions look like a fraud.

Ordered some stuff, payment via PayPal. Some days later I got an email:
Your order has been canceled
Order #1975 was canceled because we did not have enough stock to fulfill your order and your payment has been voided.
PayPal account is ok ;-)
You should clean up your Onlineshop and only sell what you really have in stock!

Ordered five items (maybe six.. can't recall anymore). Half of these arrived after two-three weeks. Half never even left the shop. It's been 7-8 weeks now since the order was placed. Terrible customer service! Just filed a complaint about the shop to the ECC (European Consumer Centre). The shop is not willing to refund me. At their site, shipping was promised to happen in 1-5 working days. On some of the products which I never received, it still reads "many in stock" (on their site). Do not buy form Surfnow.eu!

Ordered a wetsuit. After a month nothing. No response. I think is a scam.
Update: yes not a scam but i recive my order after 3 months, after 20 emails , after 40 unanswered telephone call and you reply to this comment after a year. Ps: he didnt have my order so he change it to another product.
If they can have a star and half i will give you that review unfortunately they just have a star.

Ordered some booties from them thinking they deliver. Read reviews only after. It's now more than a month since the order was placed and paid for and still nothing delivered. Communication is very bad. They hardly ever reply to emails/contact-us messages. Tracking info in non-existent.
They need to really fix their communication.

Order a spreader bar - no response.

Order a spreader bar online, which was in stock! and paid, got a lousy mail, order accepted: No invoice. Sent an email regarding shipment status - no response, called, the Phone number in de the email - not existing number (??)- no response - sent again another email no response - called again. this time the Phone number from the website - no response and they just disconnected. Sent anaother email again no response.

Worst shop ever - think that I will not see the product nor my money back - please don't buy here unless you are supporting charity.

Stocklist not updated on website. Bad experience. We payed for a wetsuit that they don’t have in stock and they still have our money. They don’t answer our mails.
