Service good, product terrible.
Delivery was good but the product was very poor. I brought “Armour Leather Full Split Rigger Gloves”. The quality is poor, had holes in them after only a couple of hours of wearing them. Brought 3 pairs and by the end of 1 day they were all buggered. Will never buy again.

Hello Joshua, apologies for this, our team has spoken with the courier company in regard to this, as it is not good enough. Out of all our low star ratings it is usually the courier that lets us down, and they are the one part we do not have control over. Having said that, and to be fair to the couriers, 99% of the time they do get it right.👍
Small order from a large supplier…
Mine was a small order from a large supplier but it was processed very promptly and delivered within 48 hours well packaged and in perfect condition. Whilst not a large consumer of this type of product I would definitely order again from the same source with total confidence.
