Very ambiguous how payment made
Very ambiguous how payment made. Says invoice will be sent after receipt of goods - most businesses pay on invoice, so wait wait for gds and no not sent

Hello there, and thank you for your email. We only send the invoice email once the goods have left, unless it is for prepayment, in which case a pro-forma invoice is sent when you place the order. If you are an account customer you can pay these 20th of the following month👍

They don't tell you that a product is…
They don't tell you that a product is out of stock till you've sent the money. So still waiting for some items.

Usually the turn-around is pretty quick, but customer services is always here to support, and will always make contact with you if out 👍
My Diary Purchase
I ordered two diaries off the website, but they were unable to supply, due to sales. They contacted me asap and offered another of a different size, that they did have and I accepted. The delivery was prompt and the partial refund of the original order was also prompt.🥰 Great service, also fast & efficient. I recommend them. I will buy again from them. Maybe I'll be a bit more switched on with my Diary purchases and buy 2027 Diary, in 2026. 😅 The only negative I would comment on, is for them to be aware, of what's still advertised on the website, that they no longer have in stock. Maybe many sales caught them out. 😄
