I was impressed with the prompt communication…
I was impressed with the prompt communication by Superspares who picked up from another order that my part would not fit, requested the information of the correct measurements of the part. This create a delay in delivery but better a delay than receiving the wrong parts n having to return them and start over. 10/10 for service from Superspares.

The parts i was looking at online had a photo displaying items . As they showed items , they where different to the ones i needed. I gave them a ring to make sure they werethe items i required. The lady who answered , when i explained the problem, she went and checked on the item . Turns out the photo was of similar items that were for sale ...She explained that during the advertising process they just use 1 photo for all styles and the ones advertised for my car were the right ones for me .. She went above and beyond her job for me ....well done lady. Very impressed with her ....
