Hi Jesus, thank you for your honest feedback. We inspect every order before shipping. If you’re comparing your new order with one you placed last year, the wave pattern may loosen over time, which could explain the difference you’re seeing. Please send pictures to our support team for further review at sales@superhairpieces.com. We’ll review them carefully and do our best to assist you.

Defective tape issue
I don’t feel that I received fair credit for a batch of defective hair piece tapes that I was told to “just keep and give away to someone”. That is not common, fair business practice. I should have been provided the means to return the defective product and it should have been replaced with non-defective product.

I'm a long time customer
I'm a long time customer.
The quality and consistency has diminished over the years.
Your HD units are often not high density, especially where it matters. Some units start losing hair after 2 weeks while other last 5-6 weeks. I'm sure you have a quality control system in place. I would suggest an additional pre-ship inspection as well.
The website is becoming a little bit convoluted, just saying.
I never know what's coming!
For these reasons I have been mostly using one your competitors and you as backup.

Hello Ross,
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback about the M105 model. We understand that the additional density at the front may not suit your preferred look.
The M105 is designed with extra front density to provide a fuller appearance and more styling flexibility. However, we understand that some customers prefer a lighter, softer-looking front for a more natural appearance. Since everyone has different preferences, we offer models with different density levels, along with customization options.
We would be happy to help you find a model or customization that better matches the look you are seeking. Please feel free to reach out to us at sales@superhairpieces.com

The cut to the curls of the Spanish hair unit was excellent quality. Once my barber got it on and cut the hair piece into a style that works for me, this is when I realize I need to buy more before they go out of stock. Customer Service was very nice and made sure to check before they placed the order as I was confused on the color I needed. Everything went as plan. I will recommend Superhairpieces to anyone.
