Incredibly grateful. Wonderful company.
This is my second ever hair system, and first one from you all. This service is incredible and very affordable. My first experience with a barber from the Bronx was truly terrible and disheartening as someone who has never done this before and is also so young. The material you all use is very good quality, the hair color wheel you provided was incredibly accurate and looks very natural on me. I cannot thank you enough. My only feedback is that the fee for expedited shipping is very costly. I know proper planning is on my part, but for someone so new, it is hard to tell when the life span of a system is coming to an end until it's at the end, so I ended up paying an additional $30 for next day shipping. Not your fault, but I wish that part was more affordable. I would highly suggest others to use your services.
