Supercheap needs to employ people who…
Supercheap needs to employ people who can order the right parts. Not just half. They have a computer system that tells them. And they stuff it up. When you go back. They say oh what do you want to do. Order the right parts dumbass. Sorry special order. So have to wait another 5 days. No car while waiting. He'll no went to Repco. More expensive, but they got it right. Email supercheap and they still don't care.

Cranford street , older guy lovely super helpful. Young 2 guys behind counter absoloute sexist wankers. No smile no chit chat no hello but we're non stop with males infront they couldn't belive we were a member because we have a vagina instead of a penis, unsure if these males are gay and hate woman or just shocked to see females in a car part store , isn't the first time this has happened either. Would not recommend going of you yourself personally have a vagina. Management should hire more females or give sexist pricks information that we are not walking talking sex objects and can infact buy things from a car shop.. by crikey. Feel free to contact me about my issue.
Super Cheap need to update or upgrade…
Super Cheap need to update or upgrade there delivery service. This waiting 2 to 3 days is ridiculous. Repco can have deliveries every day of week. So should Super Cheap. Date is not really significant. This is mainly a suggestion for Super Cheap to start doing more for there customers.

I stopped at supercheap auto because somebody told me I had a brake light out so I pulled up and asked supercheap auto person to come out and tell me which light was out so I knew which one I had to replace and he said No.
he said he would come out if I paid him.
So I said some nice words and left???
Supercheap Auto Great Till Things Go Pear Shaped!
The issues we experienced with Supercheap Auto and Customer Care over multiple weeks, stores and staff members would fill about 3 review pages to fully explain, so I will do it as dot points
Full disclosure, I have been in contact with multiple stores, staff and managers to have my issues sorted, including Customer Care. While my parts issues have finally been resolved, this was only after many trips to the store, multiple orders placed, and many hours of frustration for me.
I do have to shout out to 2 staff members at Morley and Butler, you know who you are, that finally did help me.
- I need parts for my car, no stock near me, have to go to Morley Supercheap.
- They have to special order some of my parts.
- My daughter wants to help me out by purchasing some of the parts I need to complete my service.
- She goes to the Morley store to find parts, staff are busy having conversations amongst themselves, they send another guy to help. This staff member is short with my daughter and totally unwilling to search for the correct number of each part needed.
- She rings me but I am driving, so can't Google, so she purchases what we are guessing will be the right amount, without help from Supercheap staff. Staff member actually shrugged his shoulders when my daughter asked for the number of parts needed.
- Special order placed, using an old account that had not been accessed for years after telling my daughter that I had multiple accounts, not true. Also the order could not be sent to my local store which I find frustrating.
- Once the order did arrive and I had to go instore to sort out the refund for the over order.
- On fitting the parts at home, I find that the Coil packs make the car stall after 10seconds or so. I ring a specialist to ask what may cause this, told the parts were wrong ones. I have to once again go back to Morley store to take back the parts and order the correct ones. After reassembling my car with the old parts.
- Correct parts are ordered, they arrive and I have to fit them in the carpark at Morley after driving back there again.
- I purchase spark plugs for my wife's car while there and bring those home.
- On a Thursday evening in the cold and wet, I pull apart the Mazda being turbo, is bit of a mission to get to the plugs, I can't find the plug gap measurement on their website, would not let me click on specs, just added item to my cart instead. I ring my local Supercheap...... I have been given the wrong spark plugs, and the ones I need are much more expensive, and not in stock.
- I call back the Morley store now very frustrated, but keep my cool until the store says they can do nothing but refund me and tell me to try REPCO!!!!!!! Thats when I may have used a few expletives to convey my frustration with this whole situation with both cars!
- I have to ring back my local Butler store where the manager was very understanding, gave me a discount on the correct spark plugs and even had them special shipped the next day.
- On calling Customer Care, the lady took down all of my long story, and promised an Area Manager would call me within a few days.... NOTHING FOR 2 WEEKS!.
- I email Customer Care, ask again, where is my call back, to which they assured me in a few days, I would get a call back.... HERE I AM 41 DAYS ON, NO CALL BACK!
When things go smoothly at Supercheap, all great and wonderful service, but when things go wrong, Customer Care will show you zero care, you are on your own people!!!

The staff at your Manukau store are hopeless. I asked for a specific air filter and got told to "go look in aisle 24"!!! Couldn't find it so asked someone else, he said he wasn't sure if they had one???? How does that help me, you either have one or you don't. Repco for me now.

More interested in selling superfluous superficial crap and stock parts for cars that aren't on the road but if you own the most common car,it's a special order item! Not even kidding there. Can't really get commodore parts they're special order but can get something for a 50 year old mustang easier at super cheap auto. And then there's the super slow website! I hate that site it freezes evey single time on different phones or computers.in fact I hate this store and everything it stands for, it's a joke of a place for your automotive requirements but fine to buy damn beach balls and lawn chairs!!! This company takes Ripping Every Poor Customer Off to a new level don't be stupid and buy from a real car parts place, this clown show has forced the closure of the better equiped stores. Their SCA brand is AliExpress or temu crap.

When I spoke to the store they were far from concerned. They knew of the scam but its notification is buried deep within the website. I suggested that it should be on the front page but this caused no real response

Never buy anythings from SupercheapI bought (online) 3 items from Supercheap Auto and pay full amount. I received an email from them and they said I'll have these items between 9/7 to 15/7. But I waited till 19/7 and get nothing, I sent to them 3 emails and get an automatic respond said they'll contact me as soon as they can. Never buy anythings from Supercheap Auto because you'll loose your money and get nothing. I'll put this news into our community newspaper to let our people know how about Supercheap.

What a bunch of sour faced woman, and I use that term loosely, at this particular branch.
We parked in the only park available and this pronoun comes out, move your car closer. Didn't even have the energy to walk a couple of extra metres.
Also, $15 to change a bulb in a headlight plus the price of the bulb. Would rather pay a mechanic, absolute rip off

what a useless business, and it all stems from management down to the sales on the shop floor.
I paid up front for a set of brake pads, (which i ended up getting from Autobarn in 2 business days the day i recieved my refund from cheapautoparts)4 weeks later they couldnt even tell me where they were or if they were in transit, all they could tell me was that yes i had paid for them on the 27th of May and that they had placed the order on that day and thats it for 4 weeks, trying to find out twice a week where they were over that period.After 4x 7 day weeks i pulled the plug and like i said Autobarn had them for me in 2 working days.The Management and staff were all below the level of useless, i almost felt sorry for them they were that bad at there jobs. This was Supercheapauto parts at Richmond,SA.
Worst customer service I have experienced
I came to your store to buy a battery and have it installed as my battery in my car is dead, only to be told that they couldn't do it. But they were happy to help another customer while I was there (Frankston Store). I only have 1 arm which is in a cast from surgery 3 weeks ago. Now I have a battery which I can't install for over a month when I have the cast on my one arm off if the surgery was successfully
. I will never ever come back to your store

I purchased a radio online at Supercheap Upper Hutt. Only to be told they can no longer supply they radio. They then offered me a second hand unit at the same price or alternatively another unit which i would have to pay in. Why advertise something you cant supply?????
I was then told to go into the store for a refund, only to then be told its a online order and they cant refund me..... This is absolute joke. I tried very hard to remain calm, but I'm now at my wits end, no radio or refund no closer to closure....

The manager helped with advice on trouble shooting my new head unit. He was extremely knowledgeable and courteous. I would highly recommend the Robina, Gold Coast store.
Get your staff to work …
Well if you are the only one in the shop and thay tell you it is to tlme consuming to mix paint I will go to a company that want customer to be happy with service has there goal not to insult the customer Supercheap oconer WA next time someone come to your store and it is empty you need to get down on your knees and beg to help or just go home and watch tv
Clueless about parts
Ordered parts online cause the closest store is 2 and a half hours away. Spoke with the store, online staff and the parts checker that super cheap auto has to confirm the brake pads were correct. Part arrived and not even close to fitting.
Every brake pad they had listed for my cars was incorrect. 3 different types but none that were correct. Don't bother relying on the parts checker, putting your car in their online garage or asking them if parts fit. They don't have a clue.
