My experience with Sunshine diamonds…
My experience with Sunshine diamonds has been superb and I would highly recommend them.
When I placed the order I received a what’s app notification from the company, which they then used to provide updates. I was also able to use what’s app to ask questions about my order, and detailed feedback was provided within minutes.
The earrings were shipped securely and the final product was better than expected. The presentation box has an internal light which is used to highlight the sparkle of the diamonds.
All of this provided at an excellent price point. I would definitely order from this company again.

Ordered a diamond journey necklace on black friday. Wasn't sure I would get it as I was convinced there was a glitch on the website pricing. 9k gold with 2.5ct diamonds D-E, vs. for just £460, Bargain! Was even more worried when it wasn't dispatched on time. Well it came albeit a week late. Well worth the wait. It looks fantastic. The workmanship looks great to the naked eye but when using a lupe its not so great, particularly where the clasp is linked to the chain. Also unable to find a hallmark although it is stamped 375. I would recommend buying from Sunshine at the right price.

Regarding the hallmark: you are absolutely right to raise this, and we sincerely apologise. During an extremely busy period, one piece out of over 100 dispatched unfortunately missed the final hallmarking step. This is not our standard process — every item we dispatch is normally certified and hallmarked before leaving our workshop.
We’ve already arranged free return postage, and once received, we will complete the full UK hallmarking and certification and send it straight back to you at no cost. No stress, no charges — just the way it should be.

Please believe the bad reviews! i didnt listen and have now faced the consequences. I told sunshine diamonds i needed my engagement ring by the 20th and i was worried about ordering because of the bad reviews of the delays, they reassured me not to worry and i would have it by the 16th or earlier! it is now the 17th and it hasnt even been dispatched and they are now ignoring!! as soon as you give them money they do not care about you and ignore you, they are scammers.

We are sorry that you were disappointed with the delivery of your engagement ring, particularly as you had an important date in mind. However, we strongly reject the suggestion that a delay in dispatch makes our business a “scam”.
A delayed order and fraudulent behaviour are two completely different matters, and we do not believe it is reasonable to make such a serious accusation without considering the actual circumstances of the order.
Our jewellery is made and checked before it is dispatched. **Every single piece goes through our quality-control process**, including:
• **Two separate internal quality and production checks.**
• **Diamond authenticity and certification checks**, including recognised independent laboratories such as **GIA and IGI**.
• **UK Assay Office hallmarking** for our precious-metal jewellery.
• **Final inspection of the completed piece before dispatch.**
We have supplied **more than 10,000 pieces of jewellery** and have built our business over many years. We categorically reject the suggestion that we take customers' money and then simply “do not care”.
If our team gave you a specific delivery commitment and that commitment was not met, we are prepared to review the order and the communications surrounding it. If there was a failure on our part, we are perfectly prepared to acknowledge what happened.
However, a delay does not constitute evidence of a scam.
You have described our business as fraudulent, which is an extremely serious allegation. If you believe there was deliberate wrongdoing rather than a production or delivery issue, please provide the specific evidence supporting that allegation and we will investigate it properly.
We are disappointed that your experience resulted in this review, but we will not accept the characterisation of our business as a scam simply because an order did not meet your expected timeline.
We are happy to deal with the actual facts of your order, review the communication and establish exactly what happened.
**We stand behind our business and the jewellery we supply, and we are always prepared to address genuine complaints with evidence and facts.**
