Installation was completed on schedule, and the crew was professional and respectful of my property.
Since activation, my electricity bills have dropped significantly, and I love seeing my energy production in real-time through the monitoring app. There was a slight delay in getting approval from the utility company, but the solar provider kept me informed throughout the process.
Overall, I highly recommend solar energy and Sunnova Energy for anyone looking to reduce their carbon footprint and save money in the long run.

Stay Away!!!!
We own solar panels that were installed by Trinity. When we made the agreement we had come to an understanding about what we could expect to pay monthly for the solar panels. Now that they are installed, the agreement we were given has not come to fruition. We are paying a lot more and every time we try to call and talk to someone about it they either don't know or have such a heavy accent that we can't understand them and they don't seem to understand what we're asking. Given that we are talking about thousands upon thousands of dollars here, I cannot NOT recommend these people enough. Truly the worst experience I've ever had with a company and it's costing us so much money. I am so mad. Stay away!
