I purchased three oils that was been told to me that it was oud. I don’t recommend it here this is what they do to earn money, they lied to me and I found out 2 months later of using it that it was oil for the beard. I’m very disappointed.

I went to Sunnamusk in Westfield Stratford on the 5th/6th and 11th of January! My review is a little late but it's absolutely necessary for me to mention.

I was greeted by a beautiful young woman, with a contagious smile, who introduced herself as Thaqia on the 5th of January. What an amazing young woman, very respectful, sweet and kind. She spent a great deal of time helping me to choose my fragrances. She explained the backstory of the brand in such an amazing way, you can tell she knows what she is doing!
She made me feel comfortable in taking my time. She taught me a few tips and tricks, things I would never have known had it not been for that encounter with her on that day and I am so very grateful to her for helping me choose my new favourite signature scents. Alluring empress and victory have become my regular daily perfumes and soft paradise and wood de amber for date nights haha!

It is very rare to come across customer service like what I received from Thaqia, and because of this I came back with my friends and colleagues, JUST for her service and we all spent a great deal and we all left in awe and extremely happy and grateful.

Because of Thaqia, me and my friend's are definitely long-term Sunnamusk customer's, however, the day she leaves will be a sad day for Stratford. Even whilst being served by her, she was greeted by many of her previous customers who would wait just for her. THIS is what I call EXCEPTIONAL customer service.

She is talented! and a real Asset to her team but also to this Brand. She deserves a raise and recognition for her efforts!!

Cute samples, reasonable delivery time, value for money and nicely packaged.

Fast delivery of my favourite oil Evanto. Wear it everyday and get so many compliments on how lovely the aroma is. So glad I found it originally at one of your stores in Westfield a couple of years ago. Have worn it ever since and bought many bottles.

Service was 100% oils even come gifted wrapped which I wasn’t expecting. Always wanted to try them oils because bull ring always smelt nice but next time I’ll go to the stands I can’t wait 2-4 days, I been checking tracker every couple hours. Now I smell like a million bucks

Was given a sample strip of golden dust on recent visit to London and bought some oil absolutely love it quick delivery too

The Abid amber one of my favourite to perfume it has good smell and I would recommend everyone to buy it goes with work clothes and different types

Have bought from Sunnamusk at their stall in Stratford years ago and I have always loved their fragrances. I went yesterday again for the first time since Covid began. The man there (I don't know his name) was extremely friendly and helpful and helped my boyfriend find a wonderful fragrance. I myself bought two new ones, Pinky and Breeze of Spain. Both are extremely long lasting and just smell beautiful. They're not loud or screechy but envelop you in this cloud of deliciousness. Have always had compliments when wearing an oil from Sunnamusk.

I had the most pleasant experience on my visit to Sunnamusk Westfield Stratford. I was greeted with a welcoming beautiful smile by a young lady called Thaqia. The customer service I received was exquisite she knew what she was doing and it was my first time buying from this company. I knew nothing about Sunnamusk but I left intrigued and educated in the world of fine oils and Oudh.
Not to mention she persuaded me to empty my pockets and I left with not 1 or 2 but 6 different oils and 2 perfumes!
I don't know how she did it but she deserves a raise! Honestly I would highly recommend her and I will definitely be coming back because of her.
I am in absolute awe of my products and would like to Thank Thaqia for her help and time. I can assure you I am now a customer for life!! :)

I’m just in love with the scent of these oils, I got a small bottle in 2017 and kept it preciously since then and I just bought the biggest bottle and few other scents to try them out. I think these oil perfume just give you a different type of smell that suits you perfectly ! I’m loving it !
