I enjoy cooking but don’t want to spend hours in the kitchen. I love fresh ingredients and a variety of different dishes. Sunbasket recipes are easy & flavorful meals to prepare and I’m not left with unused ingredients. They do a decent job at making the packaging recyclable. When I have had a delivery issue (infrequent but it does happen) they are always very prompt in responding. Overall I’m happy with them and have been a loyal customer for many years.

We love Sunbasket! The variety and tastiness can’t be beat. It’s the best meal delivery service we’ve used. It’s a bit on the pricier side, but it’s worth it for the convenience and flavor combos.

Overall the food is very good. We like it because we need diary free meals and they make it easy. Problem is help when thing don’t go correctly. The answer is always refund but they don’t seem to address issues. We recently tried to have food come to Colorado on vacation. They just never shipped it. I tried to speak with a supervisor and was blown off. The other common issue is that vegetables are often frozen in the boxes.

We have enjoyed the variety of meals, freshness, and organic produce. Our only concern has been leakage or meat not staying on ice a few times.

I have been using Sunbasket for seven or more years. I have watched the quality decline and often wonder if I should still be ordering from them.

The recipes are great overall, very rarely do I try one and decide it isn’t for me. The food is fresh, tastes wonderful and has a good deal of selection on rotation. EASY to control skipping weeks ahead of time! This is very important because I don’t want to get delivery every week. Great meal service program.

Fresh food, generous portion sizes, delicious recipes.

The food is usually good but more expensive compared to the other meal kit companies that we use. The portions are typically smaller and the recipe selection isn't as large as other providers.

I’ve been a steady customer for over 5 years. Quality is always top notch. Customer service is even better. Food is easy to prepare and there’s always enough variety that we won’t have the same meal for at least 3 months. I’ve discovered completely new flavors!

I like the ability to select the meals I would like to receive and which weeks to get them delivered. The food is healthy, tasty, and usually very easy to make.

Occasionally one ingredient has gone bad or leaks during shipping but I have always been able to make the meal anyway.

I appreciate the changes to packaging over the years but it still feels like packaging could be reduced further. Anything compostable should be certified BPI - I haven't always been able to identify the materials on the website.

I’ve been using Sunbasket for a while now. They only use the freshest ingredients. You can choose between organic meats or fresh meats. They also have snacks and salads.
The food is delicious.
Customer service is excellent.
I would highly recommend Sunbasket .

We love the variety of menu choices and trying new things! We've very rarely had any issues with the quality of the ingedients, and the portion sizes are perfect. We also feel like we are eating much healthier and wasting less food. We've tried other meal services but Sunbasket has been our favorite!

I love that I don’t have to figure out what to make for my meals and I don’t have to figure out the ingredients either. It’s so simple and right there on a recipe card. You can choose if you would like anything from protein based to heart healthy meals . Everything is fresh , healthy and delicious.

I use Sunbasket food kits (Mediterranean) as a single woman. I usually order 2 boxes monthly or 12 servings over 30 days.i like the flexibility of skipping weeks as I travel often. I enjoy choosing my meal protein selections, usually chicken, fish and pork or beef and can repeat my favorites meals, too. I appreciate the quality and freshness of their products. The kits can be refrigerated (protein frozen) and saved to use later. Portions are ample for two meals and have helped me visualize correct portion sizes.
