I have been lucky enough to have attended this course twice before, however this time round I experienced it with different eyes! ( Exactly like watching a film for the second/third time). I noticed things that I didn’t notice before. Leading up to the course, I felt so excited and ready to find out more about myself as I wanted this information to positively and dynamically impact my future vocational choices. I really wanted to re-discover my self on an even deeper level, intrinsically: highlighting what motivates me, what causes me stress and how I respond to conflict. How do I behave naturally? What is my adopted style: who am I on the inside versus who am I on the outside? All of these questions and much more were answered through an excellently well-organised, structured and professional DISC Masterclass.

From start to finish the whole training was delivered by Sukhi and Gary in an an unwavering professional manner, full of easy to understand modules and a great organic flow of Q and A sessions. There was even a chance to share our learnings on stage! At first I was quite nervous about this aspect, however we built up to it and both Sukhi and Gary were more than accommodating and supportive when pushing us out of our comfort zones. It must be said that Sukhi’s focus, concentration, attention to detail and infinite knowledge banks when delivering content was inspiring…. I don’t know how he does it! Sukhi’s intellectual stamina and agility to engage and proficiently teach the psychological and physiological science of DISC profiles for over 8 hours was outstanding! Both Gary and Sukhi paid attention to each and every one of the mentees ensuring the comprehension of all concepts of the curriculum.

The DISC content regarding the four different personality profiles was absolutely mind blowing!! This section of the course focused on individual patterns of external, observable behaviours and measured the intensity of characteristics using scales of directness and openness. Each of the DISC profiles being: D - dominance, I - influence, S - stability and C - compliance. We learnt that we are all four, but at varying degrees - this makes us who we are! The beauty or secret of this course (I’m not very good at keeping secrets!) is that acquiring extensive knowledge about each of the profiles enables us to become ‘consciously aware’ of not only our own behaviours but those of other people. In other words you can successfully connect, build rapport and interact with anyone! You will learn how to ‘READ THE ROOM!! In addition to this, with this specialist knowledge you will be able to resolve conflict within relationships whether that be in the work or home domain. You’ll understand ‘why’ different people react the way they do and according to their DISC profile you can ‘build bridges’ with them in a very unique way.

This course has not only helped me to become a better ‘me’ , it has also enhanced my ability to easily ’see’ and ‘hear’ certain behaviours. So now I can quickly and accurately ‘read’ other people and use this ‘next level’ knowledge to enhance my own communication and inter-personal skills. This training has afforded me with tools such as ‘Power Learning’ and the ‘C. U. C. Learning Loop’ to ‘consciously’ understand my self! I would highly recommend this training to anyone who wants to change their work/home life for the better. Anyone looking to work more efficiently and proficiently with easy practical steps and to increase peace of mind, well the course is for you!! If anyone has the good fortune of working with both Sukhi and Gary, it will truly increase your capacity for being excited about YOU: your goals and what matters to you.

The Business Boardroom Masterclass is more than just a typical masterclass. it's a community where people genuinely support each other. The well-oiled structure ensures that every session is productive and insightful. I've gained invaluable learnings that I've immediately applied to my business, namely an event Im hosting in November. The collaborative atmosphere encourages open discussions and the exchange of diverse perspectives. It's like having your personal advisory board. I couldn't be more grateful for the Business Boardroom attendees who gave me lots to think about. A special thanks to Gary and Sukhi for holding space.

Before going into BBR I felt myself in the wrong head space, my thoughts weren’t clear and felt it could negatively affect my decisions on a personal and business level. After BBR & working alongside Sukhi and Gary I was guided greatly. Sukhi and Gary took their time dissecting the problem in great detail. Had a inspired meet with what feels like big brother Sukhi. He went into great detail, according to my psychometric profile when tailoring answers to all my questions for clarity. He showed me his personal projects, with many visuals and narration throughout and was open to questions along the way. It was a real mastermind session 1 to 1. I was really mentored and coached to see how to achieve my goals. He also makes himself available to contact for any further communication requirements afterwards.

It was a great event that day I learned a lot about myself in understanding the archetype that I am and understanding what I could work on to be a well rounded individual in personal life and transferring into the business part of my life. Also honesty within the group in knowing the circumstances in wanting to change into become better in a closed environment helped me to network meaningful whilst I was there and business was picking up just because of a openness to willing to learn. This would be fantastic for younger teens in understanding what they want from life, as well as given advice by Sukhi and Gery that day.

Self DISCovery Masterclass was an amazing experience the 2nd time. Building on the 1st.Finally able with these tools to Understand other types of people in life.Direct last command was one of 6 breakthroughs,brilliantly delivered by Gary and Sukhi.

I attended Sukhi's Powe Goal training session and it exceeded my expectations. This one-day course is very nicely and logically structured allowing the students to get the maximum out of it. I have done many goal-setting sessions but I found this is different. The Power Notes and DFT session itself are worth not to mention the so many small nuggets he shared and covered. Great contents. Very practical. The biggest difference I see is the course force you to take action on the day itself so you see the result on the very first day. This is not about listening to a speaker and forgetting everything after the session like any many other courses. Thank you Sukhi and Gary!
